Purpose:12 years of meteorological data in Yanbian area from 2002 to 2014 and heart and lung disease incidence data are the basic documents based on five evolutive phases and six climatic factors.Study on the correlation between meteorologic factor in five evolutive phases and six climatic factors theory and heart and lung disease.To explore the preventive ideas and modern research methods of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors theory in the heart and lung disease.Method: 1.To establish of the daily meteorological factors database of 12 years of meteorological factors in Yanbian area from 2002 to 2014 and the monthly incidence database of heart and lung disease.Including: the average minimum temperature,average maximum temperature,maximum wind speed,extreme wind speed,extreme minimum air pressure,extreme minimum temperature,extreme pressure,extreme maximum temperature,average air pressure,average wind speed,average temperature,relative humidity.2.To analyze the monthly regional heart and lung disease incidence and meteorological factors.The statistical method is partial correlation analysis.The statistical software is spss22.0.3.To analyze the correlation between heart and lung diseases and meteorological factors and discuss the results using six climatic factors theory.Result:There is a certain correlation between the meteorological factors and the incidence of heart and lung disease.Abnormal six climatic factors showed abnormal meteorological factor.Therefore,the application of meteorological factors change can reveal the abnormal degree of six climatic factors and the nature of six exogenous pathogenic factors.In five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,the abnormal change of six climatic factors plays an important role for the abnormal change of annual climate.In the five internal organs,heart and lungs are located in the Shangjiao,which are very sensitive to the nature of climate change.In Yanbian area,Abnormal six climatic,including wind,cold and heat,is the main cause the disease of heart and lung.Therefore,studying the changes of six climatic factors plays an important role in the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of heart and lung disease.Conclusion: Five evolutive phases and six climatic factors theory discusses the related law between climate and the occurrence of the disease,which has a profound background in natural science and astronomical foundation.Therefore,analysis of the changes of six climatic factors in Yanbian area has important significance to the the application of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors theory to explore incidence of heart and lung disease.
