| Currently,the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases have become the top priority in public health.The sudden epidemic of infectious diseases is likely to cause panic and social unrest,which has a great impact on the national economy and family life.With the increase of pathogen resistance and many complications caused by hormone shock therapy,simple western medicine and sanitation and epidemic prevention can no longer meet the clinical needs,and the synergy of Chinese and Western medicine will be the important initiative to deal with new and sudden pulmonary system infectious diseases in the future.In recent years,Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome(SARS),Swine Flu(HN1),Avian influenza A(H7N9),Middle East Respiratory Syndrome(MERS)and other pulmonary system diseases frequently appear all over the world.Since there is no mature and effective vaccine in Western medicine in the face of these diseases,Chinese medicine intervention can improve the condition,interpose and block the development of the disease from "cause" to "fruit".It changes the environment in which pathogenic microorganisms depend to survive,which helps relieve symptoms and repel pathogens for the goal of treatment.Objective:To comb what the physicians of past generations have learned from clinical application with the pulmonary system infectious diseases is on of the main goals in the present study.To achieve it,the occurrence and the medication regularity of pulmonary system infectious diseases,on the basis of document sorting and multivariate data analysis under guidance of TCM theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,are investigated in detail.It would be lay a theoretical foundation of new drug development of pulmonary system infectious diseases.Further,it would provide the model and the reference for common and even new acute respiratory infections.Methods:①The literature about pulmonary system infectious diseases,together with the ideas of accent doctors and their work,are reviewed in the present study,which provide a theoretical base of medication regularity data mining.② In order to deal with obviously various views about the relationship between yunqi theory and climatic evolution and pulmonary system infectious diseases,considerable collection of the data about climate and modern infections morbidity were conducted in Nanjing during 2003-2014.Actually contrast actual climate conditions with corresponding deduction consequence based on yunqi theory were concluded.Coincidence rate in the corresponding period of host evolutive phase,celestial manager qi and qi in the earth are calculated,which help check application value of the theory.Further,the mean morbidity of modern pulmonary system infections in different periods according to six climatic factors are calculated,which help analyze the high incidence reasons and relevance of yunqi theory and pulmonary system infection diseases.③Prescriptions for pulmonary system infection diseases with Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5 auxiliary system)were extracted.The commonly used drug,drug medication model and prescription Rules were explored by aid of data mining methods,including apriori algorithm,improved mutual information method and complex system entropy clustering.Results:①On the basis of analysis of the views on pulmonary system infection diseases of accent doctors and their work,it is found that a lot of pulmonary system infection diseases and yunqi theory were recorded in the Spring and Autumn period.In the Eastern Han Dynasty,there are record progress of cold pulmonary system infection diseases changing along six channels,with the cold based therapy.In Jin and Tang Dynasties,a lot of disputes have arisen on the issue that the property of pulmonary system infection diseases are cold or hot.In Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasties,large numbers of clinical prescriptions were created.Later,a relatively complete therapeutic system of hot pulmonary system infection diseases formed in Ming and Qing Dynasties.② Coincidence rates between contrast actual climate conditions and corresponding deduction consequence based on yunqi theory in Nanjing from 2003-2014 are as follows.1)Host evolutive phase:coincidence is 41.67%,partial coincidence is 16.67%,disaccord is 41.67%.2)Celestial manager qi:coincidence is 58.33%,disaccord is 41.67%.3)Qi in the earth:coincidence is 50%,partial coincidence is 16.67%,disaccord is 33.33%.The mean morbidity of pulmonary system infection diseases in different yunqi periods is as follows.1)In Zhongyun periods,scarlet fever and pertussis were the highest in the Mu-less year,while measles and tuberculosis were the highest in the Jin-less year.2)In different dominant qi periods,scarlet fever,incidence rates of measles and tuberculosis were the highest in the Second-qi period,while incidence rate of pertussis was the highest in the Third-qi period.3)In celestial control periods,incidence rate of pertussis was the highest in the jue-yin wind and wood period;incidence rate of scarlet fever was the highest in the shao-yin monarchic fire period;Incidence rate of tuberculosis was the highest in the shao-yang ministerial fire;incidence rate of measles was the highest in the yang-ming dry gold period.4)In terrestrial effect periods,incidence rate of pertussis and tuberculosis were the highest in the jue-yin wind and wood period;incidence rate of scarlet fever was the highest in the yang-ming dry gold period;incidence rate of measles was the highest in the shao-yang ministerial fire period.5)In the respect combined with analysis of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,the high incidence of four pulmonary system infectious diseases was related to the year of Taiyi Tianfu and Tianfu,while the low incidence was related to the year of Tongsuihui and Shunhua.③On the basis of investigation on medication regularity on pulmonary system infectious diseases,it is found that clear-heat,restore-deficiency and relieve medicine were mostly used.With respect of four properties,cold drugs were mostly used,in terms of five tastes,bitter drugs were mostly used.The channel tropism of drugs commonly used were lung,spleen and stomach channel.There were many common drug medication models in the treatment of pulmonary system infections,including restoring deficiency-clearing heat,restoring deficiency-restoring deficiency,restoring deficiency-resolving phlegm and relieving cough and asthma,restoring deficiency-relieving,restoring deficiency-regulating qi,restoring deficiency-clearing damp,restoring deficiency-dispelling internal cold,restoring deficiency-purgation,activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis-restoring deficiency,clearing heat-resolving phlegm and relieving cough and asthma,clearing heat-relieving,clearing heat-clearing heat.The essential prescription could be found with apriori algorithm,which is made of Gancao,Renshen,Baishao,Maidong,Chaihu,Shengma,Huangqin,Shigao,Jiegeng,Fulin and Chenpi.The cores are Renshen,Gancao,Huangqin,Jiegeng.Fourteen kinds of core combination of drugs are extracted from the new prescriptions by complex system entropy clustering,and therefore a total of 7 new prescriptions have been evolved,which are analogous to Quxie powder,Niubangqinlian decoction,Gegenshigao decoction,Guizhi decoction with Fuping,Niuhuangdianshe pills,Shashenmaidong decoction,Kuandonghua powder(pills).These new prescriptions examined by means of the medicines,were applied to pulmonary system infectious diseases of the following types:syndrome of wind-cold or wind-damp attacking the lung and stomach syndrome,wind-warm or wind-heat attacking the lung and stomach syndrome,excessive heat of lung and stomach,both Wei and Qi phases,external-cold and internal-heat.blockage(including heat-blockage and cold-blockage),sputum-heat due to deficiency in yin,and deficiency of Lung-yin.Conclusion:The present study systematically combed what the physicians of past generations learned from clinical application with the pulmonary system infection diseases.Etiology,nature,transformation and development and treatment of pulmonary system infection diseases were summarized.Further,comparative study of yunqi theory and climatological data and modern infection disease morbidity suggest that the theory has applicable value and influence on analysis of pulmonary system infection diseases.It is important for the study of pulmonary system infection diseases,and therefore it needs further studies in larger regions.On the basis of Chinese medicine prescriptions using the method of data mining,it is found that the nature of pulmonary system infection diseases was dominated by heat.Eliminating pathogens to support healthy qi is therapeutic principle.Clearing heat,restoring deficiency and relieving were all the basic methods of treatment.In addition,resolving phlegm,eliminating dampness,regulating qi,blood-activating and stasis-dissolving should be comprehensively considered and applied.This would be the foundation for further research and development of new drugs for treating plague.The results may lay a theoretical foundation of new drug development of pulmonary system infection diseases.Further,it provides the model and the reference for common and even new acute respiratory infections. |
