Where,SPSS17.0for statistical description, t-test, one-way ANOV Aanalysis, relative analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis are used.2. Qualitative study is adopted by purposive sampling and convenience sam-pling. Semi-structured interview outline is used to interview8selected male nurse s from an investigating hospital. The interview result is recorded, sorted, and ana-lyzed. Finally, the main reasons of male nurses’ job satisfaction are extracted. Results1. The male nurses’job satisfaction score was3.08±0.19.
