To Observe The Effect Of Chushi Huoxue Decoction Clinical Efficacy In The Treatment Of Gouty Arthritis(Stasis Heat Block)

Objective: Objective to evaluate with Chushi Huoxue Decoction in treating gouty arthritis(Stasis heat block)the clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:A total of 72 patients with gouty arthritis(stagnation of heat and blood stasis syndrome)were enrolled in this study.72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 36)and control group(n = 36).Oral Chushi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment group two times a day;Oral Simiao Pills(JILING ZIXIN PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIAL CO;LTD Chinese medicine prescription Z220249607145)of 6g in the control group two times a day.The treatment duration was a month.Two groups of patients stopped taking all medications for the treatment of gouty arthritis during the observation period.Results: To analyze the efficacy,safety and side effects of Chushi Huoxue Decoction treatment for gouty arthritis,Results show,CRP and UA were significantly decreased in the two groups before and after treatment on reducing CRP,UA(P<0.01),There was no significant difference in CRP between the two groups after treatment(t=-3.059,P > 0.05),There was no significant difference in UA between the two groups(t=-4.088,P < 0.05),The results showed that the two groups had good curative effect and no difference in reducing CRP and UA.In terms of pain relief,VAS pain scores of the two groups were significantly decreased before and after treatment(P<0.05),VAS pain scores between the two groups were significantly different after treatment(Z=-2.775,P < 0.05),The results showed that the two groups had good effect in relieving pain,and the treatment group was better than the control group.TCM syndrome scores were significantly reduced in the two groups before and after treatment in remission treatment of TCM clinical syndromes(P<0.01),TCM syndrome score was significantly different between the two groups after treatment(t=-6.471,P < 0.05),The results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in relieving the clinical symptoms of TCM.The efficacy of TCM symptoms,the total efficiency of treatment group was 100%,control group total effective rate was 91.7%,There was no significant difference between the two groups in curative effect by rank sum test(P>0.05),There was no significant difference between the two groups.There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups after the experiment,.This shows that the two drugs have good safety in the treatment of gouty arthritis.Conclusion:Results show:Chushi Huoxue Decoction and Simiao Pills made the sameeffect in the treatment of gouty arthritis(Stasis heat block),and Chushi Huoxue Decoction is better than Simiao Pills in reducing VAS pain score,relieve the clinical symptoms of TCM,shows the superiority of the Chushi Huoxue Decoction,it is worthy of further study.
