Objective:To observe the effect of Gout clearing heat prescription on TCM syndrome score, symptoms and signs, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, serum uric acid and C reactive protein in patients with gouty arthritis in acute stage(syndrome of accumulated dampness-heat)before and after taking medicine,so as to provide effective evidence for gouty clearing heat prescription in treating acute stage(syndrome of accumulated dampness-heat)of gouty arthritis. Methods:All cases were derived from the orthopedics department of the Changde Hospital Affiliated to Hunan University of Chinese Medicine. From December 2016 to December 2017,were treated with inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of acute gouty arthritis(syndrome of accumulated dampness-heat)patients in 80 cases.80 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,40 cases in each group,The general data of the two groups were comparable before treatment. The control group and the treatment group were treated with basic treatment plan. The control group took Goufeng Shu tablet on the basic treatment. The treatment group took Gout clearing heat prescription on the basis of treatment for 7 days. Before treatment,4 days after treatment and 7days after treatment,TCM symptom score, symptoms and signs,ESR,serum uric acid and C reactive protein were observed and recorded. All data are processed with software(SPSS22.0)for statistical processing.Setting P <0.05 for the difference is statistically significant, and then comes to the result and conclusion. Results: 1.Before treatment, the data of sex,age and course of disease in two groups were statistically meaningless.2.The score of TCM syndrome was compared, and the difference between the two groups before and after diagnosis and treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups, fourth days and 7 days after the diagnosis and treatment of the time point, the difference of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups, the difference is statistically significan(P<0.05).3.The scores of symptoms and signs of Western medicine were compared, and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Between the fourth days and 7 days after the diagnosis and treatment, the symptoms and signs of Western medicine between the two groups were statistically different(P<0.05).4.The comparison of erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C reactive protein and blood uric acid value, compared with the group, the two groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In group comparison, the time points were observed at fourth and 7 days after diagnosis and treatment, and the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing the value of uric acid. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group in the reduction of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C reactive protein(P>0.05).Conclusion : 1.Treatment of the two groups in the improvement of acute gouty arthritis(syndrome of accumulated dampness-heat)caused by Western Medicine symptoms and signs of TCM syndrome, and reduce blood uric acid,ESR,C reactive protein have obvious curative effect.2.In improving TCM syndromes, symptoms and signs of Western medicine and lowering blood uric acid,Gout clearing heat prescription has better curative effect than Goufeng Shu tablet.3.Gout clearing heat prescription in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis(syndrome of accumulated dampness-heat)is safe and effective, worthy of clinical promotion.
