A Clinical Study Of Danzhixiaoyaosan Decoction Treating Acute Gouty Arthritis(Damp Heat Accumulation)

Purpose:This topic is meant to observe Danzhixiaoyaosan decoction in treatment of acute gouty arthritis(damp heat accumulation) curative effect and security, provide theoretical and clinical basis for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease.Method:This test follow the prospective, randomized, controlled clinical research method, which included 80 patients were in accordance with the western medicine of acute gouty arthritis diagnosis criteria and TCM gouty arthritis (damp heat accumulation) diagnostic criteria,randomly divided into treatment group 40 cases, control group 40 cases.Based on non-drug treatment equivalent conditions,the treatment group given Chinese medicine Danzhixiaoyaosan decoction,the control group given oral tongfengding capsule,2 weeks for a period of treatment,to observe one treatment,evaluation index of two groups before and after treatment in patients with pain index, TCM syndrome score, blood uric acid, inflammation factor (CRP) and other indicators,and the adverse reaction and compliance of patients.Result:By means of two groups of curative effect, safety and adverse reactions of statistical analysis,treatment group and control group of acute gouty arthritis (damp heat accumulation) have a therapeutic effect. In total efficiency, there was no significant difference between the tow groups. But the treatment group has obvious advantages in improving blood uric acid level, in reducing the degree of pain, improve the inflammation factor (CRP) level and TCM syndrome score have similar curative effect. In terms of safety, two weeks of liver function and renal function change has no obvious difference, conclusion is that the two groups of curative effect, in the short term medical security is similar.Conclusion:Application of danzhixiaoyaosan decoction in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis (damp heat accumulation) curative effect, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute gouty arthritis, especially in improving the blood uric acid level has shown a certain superiority, has better application prospect, it is worth clinical further research.
