Clinical Study Of Moidified Zexie Decoction Therapy For Damp-heat-stasis Type Of Acute Gouty Arthritis

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Moidified Zexie decoction in the treatment of damp-heat stasis-type acute gouty arthritis objectively,through clinical changes of TCM syndrome scores,joint pain scores,blood uric acid levels and inflammatory indicators,and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical application of this prescription.Methods:A total of 70 patients with acute gouty arthritis of damp-heat-stasis type who met the research standards were collected and randomly divided into 35 cases in the treatment group and 35 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given Moidified Zexie decoction,and the control group was given diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets,and both groups were given basic treatment,both groups had a 2 weeks treatment.Record clinical data of TCM syndrome scores,visual analogue scale scores,blood uric acid and inflammatory indicators,and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Moidified Zexie decoction through statistical analysis.Results:(1)Total scores of TCM syndromes:The total scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased compared with the treatment before(P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P <0.05);(2)VAS scores:The VAS scores of both groups were lower than the treatment before(P <0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);(3)Blood uric acid(SUA): SUA in both groups decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group obviously;(4)Inflammatory indicators(CRP,ESR):The inflammatory indicators of both groups were lower than the treatment before(P <0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);(5)Single syndrome score of TCM:after treatment,joint pain,joint fever,joint swelling,joint activity,fever,thirst,heavy limbs,and short yellow urine were all improved(P < 0.05),but in improving joints Pain,joint fever,joint swelling,heavy limbs,and short yellow urine were better in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05),and the two groups had the same effect in joint activity,fever and thirst(P>0.05);The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.24 %,the total effective rate of the control group was 63.64 %,and the treatment group was better than the control group in the comprehensive efficacy of traditional Chinesemedicine.Conclusion:Moidified Zexie decoction is effective in treating damp-heat stasis-type acute gouty arthritis,and obviously improves the clinical symptoms of patients.and is superior to diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets in improving TCM symptom score and joint pain,reducing inflammatory indicators and blood uric acid,and there are no adverse reactions,it has a good safety,and can be promoted in clinical application.
