Clinical Research On The Decoction In The Treatment Of Primary Acute Gouty Arthritis(Damp-heat Accumulated)

Purpose:Under the guidance of TCM theory,the use of Decoction in the treatment of primary acute gouty arthritis,compare,analyze and summarize the clinical effects before and after treatment,verify the "decoction treatment of primary acute gouty arthritis" treatment,to further clarify the effect of self-made method.Is a clinical study.The purpose of this study is to find a more economical,effective,more convenient and more effective treatment method for patients with primary acute gouty arthritis.Method:Select the outpatient department of orthopedics the First Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of TCM from January 2015 to January 2017 120 patients met the inclusion criteria were given Decoction Decoction 300 ml oral,150ml/ time,2 times / day,1 weeks as a course.Were recorded and observed the clinical symptoms and signs of patients before and after treatment by each treatment(joint rest pain,joint pain,joint swelling and other symptoms of traditional Chinese Medicine)and laboratory clinical indicators(SUA,ESR,CRP,liver function and renal function).The treatment before and after treatment,joint pain index,VAS score and TCM syndrome score,according to the effective standard for statistical analysis,the clinical treatment effect that objectively Decoction in the treatment of primary acute gouty arthritis.Result: Off for 125 patients in the trial process in 5 cases,120 patients completed.1.Before and after the treatment of 120 cases were compared,can significantly reduce joint pain index,resting pain VAS score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)?2.In the TCM syndrome score,after treatment,the scores of their own improvement,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)?3.Before and after treatment,the two groups were compared with their own blood uric acid SUA improvement was statistically significant(P<0.05),before and after treatment,serum C reactive protein CRP difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:The use of Decoction in the treatment of primary acute gouty arthritis(damp-heat accumulated),through clinical observation has significant efficacy in reducing serum uric acid level,TCM syndrome score,joint pain and swelling of the improvement,there are certain advantages in the clinical treatment of primary acute gouty arthritis is worthy of further research.The promotion and clinical application.
