| Objective: This study main outcome the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion treatment of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical type of damp heat accumulation type and heat and blood stasis block type two kinds of syndromes of acute gout arthritis arthritis patients,through the clinical effects in the two groups,joint swelling and pain score and blood uric acid condition than research and evaluation of Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis clinical efficacy,in order to improve the Zhuang medicine treatment level,for the establishment of an effective Zhuang medicine therapy clinical curative effect evaluation system,Zhuang medicine standardized clinical,curative effect evaluation standard of provide new content and way of thinking.Methods: This study reference to Chinese disease diagnosis and efficacy of standard implementation of administration of traditional Chinese medicine in1994 of the people's Republic of China "and the American College of Rheumatology diagnostic criteria,selection of Acupuncture Department from March 2014 to October 2015,90 patients from our hospital,with acute gouty arthritis and other endocrine outpatient and inpatient diagnostic criteria cases,according to the order of treatment using random table method were randomly divided into 3 groups,the treatment group A(shireyunjiexing)and treatment group(B group,blood stasis and heat accumulation type)group using mtmz therapy and acupoint " Shenshu " flower in the plum,Zusanli point moxibustion,and the treatment group with A some qingrequshi Liqi Tongluo acupuncture(Dazhui,Quchi,Hegu,Taichong,Waiguan,Yanglingquan,Fenglong,yinlingquan acupoints selected both sides),group B with treatment to some heat stasis collaterals acupoint(Dazhui,Quchi,outside,Hegu,Taichong,Xuehai,Geshu,Sanyinjiao,bilateral).The two groups treatment per hole Zhuang 1,3 times a day,each time interval of 10 minutes,2 weeks for a course of treatment;control group taking Colchicine(xishuangbanna pharmaceutical co.,LTD)and allopurinol alcohol(Guangdong bidi Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.production)treatment was recorded.The 3 groups of patients before treatment,after treatment of joint swelling and pain score and serum uric acid conditions and adverse reaction of,through the statistical analysis of group and contrast group compared to evaluate the curative effect of each group and safety of the 3 groups before and after treatment.Results: After two courses of treatment,90 cases of patients with no loss of cases,were included in the study.(1)the clinical efficacy data display,two groups: the treatment group and control group comparison of P < 0.05,treatment group A and B treatment group(P > 0.05);(2)before and after treatment in three groups of joint swelling and pain score and serum uric acid data display,compared before and after treatment in the same group,P < 0.01;after treatment groups treatment a,B group compared with the control group,P < 0.01;treatment group A and B treatment group,P > 0.05.(3)in the control group,30 cases,and 10 cases of the adverse reactions,33.3%;a treatment group of 30 cases in,local skin rash itching of the skin and / or gastrointestinal symptoms of adverse reactions occurred in 12 cases,40.0%,the treatment of 12 cases of localized rash vesicular skin itching and(or)gastrointestinal reaction in group B,40.0%,two groups of adverse reaction in the treatment group occurred rate compared with the control group(P > 0.05),and between the two groups of different syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group compared,the incidence rate of adverse reaction nor significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)two mtmz treatment group and the control group of Western medicine in treating acute gouty arthritis has achieved excellent curative effect,but the Zhuang medicine therapy is better than western medicine,compared with no significant difference between the two groups and mtmz treatment;(2)three groups of therapy can reduce hematuria acid.Reduce joint pain symptoms,but strong medical method in lowering serum uric acid level and improve the symptoms of joint swelling and pain is better than western medicine,compared with no significant difference between the two groups and mtmz treatment;(3)safety evaluation conclusion,Zhuang medicine therapy and Western medicine safety,and the main adverse reaction separate mtmz is local skin itching rash blisters,the safety may be better than western medicine. |
