nurses,to provide the reference of theoretical basis and method for this research;Through questionnaire survey, using cluster sampling to take nurses in a county hospital as the survey object,a total of 258 questionnaires,253 valid questionnaires were recovered.Taking the "Occupational stressors scale for nurses " and "Maslach Burnout inventory-Human Services Edition" as tools of the survey which includes the demographic characteristics of nurses, job stress and job burnout;By use of statistical analysis, the descriptive statistics was been used for the general information of the surveyed subjects,;The detection rate of job burnout in different demographic characteristics was compared with chi-square test;Univariate analysis of the pressure on nursing staff using rank sum test;Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used for the impact that demographic characteristics and working pressure have on job burnout, and P <0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: 1.Among the surveyed subjects,44.3% of nursing staff have job burnout, and the overall level of job burnout is mainly mild to moderate burnout.Among them,23.3% were mild job burnout,17.8% were moderate job burnout, and 3.2% were serious job burnout. The highest detection rate in the three dimensions of occupational burnout is depersonalization, accounting for 28.1%,followed by the detection rate of a decrease in personal accomplishment, accounting for 26.5%,and finally the detection rate of emotional exhaustion, accounting for 17.8%.2.The total score of Nursing staff in working pressure is(84.96 ± 18.59).Among the five dimensions of working stress, the highest ranked score is nursing specialty and work dimension, and the average score of each question is(2.72 ± 0.79).Among them, the first three items with the highest scores are the status, regular shift, salary and other benefits of the social nursing work are too low;The dimension of the workload and the time allocation got second-highest score. The average score of each question is(2.64 ± 0.86),while the first three entries of the highest score are that too much workload, the lack of nursing staff to work, and too much non-nursing work; The dimension of patient care scored in the third, the average score of each question(2.60 ± 0.67),in which scores the top three items are that worrying about something wrong in the work, the nurse's job is not recognized by the patient and their family, and the patient's family members are impolite. The fourth dimension is the working environment and the per item was 1.93 ± 0.70,of which the top three scores items are that the doctors have been too critical of the nurses, nurse managers too much criticism of nursing, and nurse managers dont't have enough understanding and support for the nursing work.3.Nursing staff's marital status, health status, monthly income, job title, age are the influential factors of job burnout and its dimensions.Among them, marital status is the influencing factor of job burnout, and the probability of job burnout of married nurses is 4.941 times higher than that of unmarried women.Health status is a contributing factor to emotional exhaustion, which is 2.671 times more likely to be associated with emotional exhaustion than a nurse who is in good health.Professional title and monthly income are the factors influencing personalization.Compared with nurses, the possibility of depersonalization of competent nurses may be 0.275 times.Compared with the monthly income of less than 2000 yuan nursing staff, monthly income of 2000-3000 nurses in the possibility of de-personality is 8.093 times.Elderly care is a contributing factor to the reduction of personal accomplishment.Compared with nurses with 1-5 years of nursing care, the possibility of a decrease in their personal accomplishment in 6-10 years of age is 4.397 times. The probability of a 11-15 year reduction in personal accomplishment is 14.179 times.Job stress in the work environment and resources, workload and time distribution, nursing and job problems are nurses burnout and its various dimensions of the impact of factors.Among them, working environment and resources are the influencing factors of occupational burnout and depersonalization. And the pressure of nurses on work environment and resources is greater, and the higher possibility of occupational burnout and depersonalization occurs.Work load and time distribution are the factors affecting emotional exhaustion and depersonalization, and the greater the pressure on nursing staff in workload and time distribution, the higher the probability of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization.Nursing profession and work are the influencing factors to the occurrence of personalization, and the greater the pressure of nurses on nursing profession and work, the higher the possibility of de-personalization occurs. Conclusion: 1.The hospital nurses occupational burnout detection rate is higher, with mild to moderate fatigue mainly. In the three dimensions of job burnout,de-personalization,personal accomplishment reduction, the highest detection rate, the lowest detection rate of emotional exhaustion.2.Nursing staff's marital status, health status, monthly income, job title, nursing age is the impact of job burnout and its dimensions.Job stress in the work environment and resources, workload and time distribution, nursing profession and job burnout and its impact on each dimension.3.The hospital should aim at the influencing factors of occupational
