Clinical Study Of Urinary Calculi Of Kidney Qi Deficiency Type By The Treatment Yiqi Paishi Decoction And Acupoint Application

Objective: To observe and study the effect of Yiqi Paishi Decoction and Acupoint Application on the stone discharge rate of patients with kidney qi deficiency type urinary calculi and whether it can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and then discuss the mechanism of the effect of Yiqi Pai Shi Tang and Acupoint Application on the treatment of kidney qi deficiency urinary calculi,and provide a theory for the treatment of urinary calculi with acupoint application.Method: 68 patients with kidney qi deficiency type urinary calculi were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group(34 cases),considering the exclusion and elimination standard.In the final,30 cases were collected and 32 cases were collected in the control group.The experimental group was treated with double blind method and the control group was treated with Yiqi Paishi Decoction plus placebo.The experimental group was treated with Yiqi Shi Tangjia acupoint application for 2 weeks.A total of 2 courses of treatment were carried out.After the treatment,the clinical symptoms,laboratory examination,test,cure rate and efficiency were observed before and after the treatment of the two groups.Result: 1.68 cases were excluded,2 cases were excluded,4 cases were eliminated,62 cases were included in this study.The general data of gender,age,course of disease,stone position,maximum stone diameter,TCM syndrome scores,urinary red blood cells,urination and other indexes before treatment were found in the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant after correlation analysis(P > 0.05).2.the total effective rate of the control group and the experimental group after treatment was 70%,compared with that of the experimental group(90.75%),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.compared with the control group,the efficacy of TCM syndrome in the control group and the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(66.67%,90.63% in the trial group),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.the control group and the experimental group were compared with the stone row rate after treatment,the control group was 53.33%,the experimental group was 75%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.the contrast group and the test group before and after treatment of urine routine comparison,after treatment,urine red blood cells and urinocytes were significantly improved(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,the control group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Acupoint application has a good clinical effect on patients with kidney qi deficiency type urinary calculi.It can strengthen the nourishing kidney qi,make the patients have sufficient kidney gas,improve the rate of stone discharge,combined with Yiqi Paishi soup.It has some advantages in improving the rate of stone discharge and improving the clinical symptoms of the patients,and the treatment is simple and economical.It is widely used and has no toxic and side effects.It shows that acupoint application is of good clinical value in the treatment of urinary calculi.It provides a new clinical therapy for the treatment of urinary calculi,and the treatment of urinary calculi with acupoint application and acupoint sticking therapy can improve the clinical effect.It is worthy of further popularization in clinical practice.
