ObjectiveStress Urinary Incontinence, SUI is a common disease that affects woman’s quality of life. Its incidence trends to rise in recent years. In order to improve the effect of rehabilitation therapy, according to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital, on the basis of biofeedback and functional electrical stimulation recovery, we plan to use the Chinese drug "Yi Qi Sheng Ti San" at the acupoint, to observe the clinical efficiency of Chinese acupoint application, biofeedback and functional electrical stimulation on curing Qi-deficiency type of maternal Stress Urinary Incontinence. It aims at providing the integrative rehabilitation therapy theory for the prevention and treatment of SUI, and providing a basis for its further clinical application and promotion.MethodsA random and compare sampling method was used in this study, and a total of60patients with Stress Urinary Incontinence were randomly divided into two groups:the control group (adopted the biofeedback and electrical stimulation therapy6to8weeks after delivery) and the experimental group (combined with acupoint application therapy on the basis of the control group). Both groups shall attend the clinic3months later to examine the pelvic floor muscle strength and urinary incontinence. By observing the improvement of clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome before and after treatment, and change of pelvic floor muscle strength, to make a self-contract and a comparison between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results1. The total effective rate of the control group and the experimental group were80.00%and93.10%, and the difference has statistical significance (P <0.05). By Ridit test, compared with the control group, the curative effect of experimental group was better than the former (P<0.05). It means that combined with biofeedback and electrical stimulation therapy, the Chinese drug "Yi Qi Sheng Ti San" at the acupoint can increase the total effective rate significantly.2. The total effective rate of TCM syndrome therapy of the two groups were56.67%and82.76%, and the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05). By Ridit test, the experimental group was superior to the control group in improving TCM syndromes.3. Clinical symptom score and TCM symptom score in the two groups were decreased. The experimental group was superior to the control group on the improvement of Clinical symptom and TCM symptom.(P<0.05).4. After treatment, the muscle maintenance time and the number of times of muscle contraction were increased in both groups, and the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05). By comparison between the two groups, the improvement of experimental group is more obvious than the control group (P <0.05). ConclusionBy comparing the curative effect on patients with Stress Urinary Incontinence of the experimental group and the control group in clinical study, both therapies are outstanding in improving TCM symptoms and alleviating clinical symptoms and signs; The treatment of biofeedback and electrical stimulation combined with the acupoint application of Chinese drug’Yi Qi Sheng Ti San’to cure Stress Urinary Incontinence is simple, safe and better in synergistic effect. Thus, to combine the two therapies in clinical use can definitely improve clinical efficacy and TCM symptoms, and help the patients to improve the quality of life.
