The Clinical Observation Of Jiaoai Decoction Add Or Subtract Combined With Acupoint Application Of Chinese Herb In The Treatment Of Menorrhagia (Kidney Deficiency Syndrome)

Purpose: By observing the Jiaoai Decoction add or subtract combined with acupoint application of chinese herb treatment group with the Jiaoai Decoction add or subtract control group in the clinical curative of menorrhagia of kidney deficiency syndrome effect 36 cases,to evaluate the mechanism and curative effect of the treatment by Jiaoai Decoction add or subtract combined with acupoint application of chinese herb in menorrhagia of kidney deficiency syndrome,and provide new clinical experience of Chinese medicine treatment of menorrhagia.Method: Originally,this study protocol to observe 60 cases,but prevent falls off cases,observation cases increased by 20%,so observe 72 cases in total,8 cases of loss,64 cases in the group.34 cases treatment group and control group 32 cases.All cases are the outpatients or healing patients of gynaecology in the Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital between January 2016 and January 2017.And the ceases all accord with the diagnosis and included standard of menorrhagia.Treatment group given Jiaoai Decoction add or subtract combined with acupoint application of chinese herb treatment,and control group given Jiaoai Decoction add or subtract treatment.Treatment group on the first day of menstruation to start taking Chinese traditional medicine medicinal broth,decoct juice 300 ml water,a dose of daily,morning and evening temperature,take ten days,for a period of treatment,at the same time cooperate with acupoint sticking(qihai,guanyuan,zhongji),2hours at a time,stay 10 days.Control simple oral Chinese medicine medicinal broth to the above method and dose for treatment of three menstrual cycles.In this period,other drugs are forbided.According to the two groups before and after treatment in patients with primary and secondary symptoms score comparison,evaluate the clinical efficacy.Result: Through statistical analysis of the two groups of patients age,course of the disease and symptoms before treatment and other general information have no significant difference,so the two groups can be comparabled.The treatment group use Jiaoai Decoction add or subtract combined with acupoint application of chinese herb in the 34 patients,among them,1 cases ineffective,effective in 12 cases,15 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were cured,the total effective rate was 97.06%.Control group use Jiaoai Decoction add or subtracttreatment 32 cases of patients with menorrhagia,5 cases were ineffective,effective in 12 cases,11 cases were markedly effective,4 cases of recovery,the total effective rate was84.38%.According to the relevant statistical tests and analysis: the symptom integral comparison before and after the treatment,had statistical significance(P < 0.05).the treatment group was better than control group.Conclusion: Through the clinical observation of 72 cases of menorrhagia(kidney deficiency syndrome),can come to the conclusion that Jiaoai Decoction add or subtract combined with acupoint application of chinese herb and Jiaoai Decoction add or subtract have good clinical curative effect in the treatment of menorrhagia(kidney deficiency syndrome),and can significantly improve symptoms.But Jiaoai Decoction add or subtract combined with acupoint application of chinese herb treatment is obviously better than the treatment effect of Jiaoai Decoction add or subtract,so it can be used as effective prescriptions in the clinical treatment of menstruation late,research further and clinical application.
