The Clinical Research And Establishment Of Quality Standard Of Paishi Decoction In The Treatment Of Urinary Calculi

Objective:The purpose of this topic is to discuss the influence on curative rate of treating urolithiasis with Paishi decoction combined with ESWL.Methods:1. Using randomized controlled trial design,200patients are divided into two groups. One group of the patients are treated with Paishi decoction uniting ESWL. The other group of the patients are treated with ESWL alone. Results of the two groups are recorded.2. Thin layer chromatography are used to compare Paishi decoction with Chinese medicine Szechwan Chinaberry Fruit, Rheum officinale and Lysimachia christinae Hance.Results:1.The results of the group treated with Paishi decoction uniting ESWL is better than the group treated with ESWL alone.2.Methods of the thin layer chromatography are exclusive.Conclusion:l. Paishi decoction uniting ESWL are effective to cure utolithasia.2.Thin layer chromatography are exclusive to identify Paishi decoction.
