Objective: The purpose of this study is to study the clinical efficacy of Jinshi Decoction in the treatment of urolithiasis and its influence on patients’ humidity, heat and mass conversion, objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and application characteristics of Jinshi Decoction, and further explore its possible mechanism,so as to provide a new idea for the treatment of urolithiasis by traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: 72 patients with urolithiasis who met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group, according to the principle of randomized grouping and concurrent control. On the basis of conventional treatment,Jinshi decoction was added to the treatment group and Paishi granules were added to the control group. Two groups were observed for 2 courses of treatment,4 weeks as a course of treatment. Before treatment and after each course of treatment, the changes of humidity and heat conversion score,TCM syndrome score, urine routine, renal system B ultrasound and other related indexes in the two groups were recorded and counted. Results: 1.Seventy-two cases of urinary calculi with dampness-heat mass and dampness-heat accumulation combined with Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were selected.A total of 63 cases were included in the study group after being removed and shed during the study period. Before treatment, there was no statistical significance in the general data of the two groups, such as age, course of disease, humidity, heat and mass conversion score,TCM syndrome score and laboratory examination.2.After treatment, the total clinical effective rate was 87.10% in the treatment group and 71.88% in the control group, with statistical difference between the two groups(P=0.041<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.3.After treatment, the total clinical efficacy of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group was 87.10% and 78.13%,respectively.The comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups showed statistical difference(P=0.017<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving patients’ lumbago and abdominal pain, hematuria, tinnitus, dizziness and tongue pulse.4.After treatment, the moisture, heat and mass conversion scores between the two groups were tested by two independent samples, and the results were statistically different(P=0.012<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.5.After treatment, the efflux rate of the treatment group was 64.52%,and that of the control group was 37.5%.The efflux rate of the two groups was statistically different(P=0.032<0.05),and the efflux rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. There was a statistical difference in the size of calculi between the two groups(P=0.041 <0.05),indicating that the reduction of the maximum diameter of calculi in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.6.After treatment,Mannwhitney U test showed that P=0.007 <0.05,indicating that the hematuria degree in the treatment group was significantly lighter than that in the control group after the treatment.7.In terms of safety, there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment period. Conclusion: On the basis of promoting urinary calculi excretion,Jinshi decoction can also improve TCM constitution conversion score,TCM syndrome score and hemuria degree, and no obvious adverse reactions were found in the treatment, which is worthy of popularization and application. |
