Evaluation Of Sini Decoction On Acupoint Application In The Treatment Of Heart Failure With Decreased Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction(Heart And Kidney Yang Deficiency Type)

Objective This subject intends to apply "Sini Decoction" at the acupoints(Xinshu,Shenshu and Shanzhong on both sides)to assist the treatment of heart failure with reduced left ventricular ejection fraction of "heart-kidney-yang deficiency type",so as to improve the curative effect,shorten the course of disease and reduce side effects,and provide an effective alternative method for patients who are difficult to be treated by oral Chinese medicine.Methods By randomized grouping method of controlled experiment,60 inpatients of Cardiology Department of Wenzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were numbered according to the order of hospitalization time,the last number was even as treatment group(30 cases),and the last number was odd as control group(30 cases).Age,sex,average course of disease,TCM syndrome score and cardiac function grade of each group should be guaranteed in grouping.There was no significant difference in LVEF,NT-proBNP and 6MWT,i.e.equilibrium.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with "Sini Decoction" plus or minus Acupoint Application on the basis of conventional Western medicine.The acupoints of the treatment group were selected as bilateral Xinshu,Shenshu and Shazhong.The curative effect was observed and compared after 2 weeks.Result:1.After the end of the course of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and the grading of cardiac function of the two groups were improved in varying degrees(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).2.After the end of the course of treatment,both groups can significantly improve the condition of 6MWT,NT-proBNP and LVEF in patients with heart failure(P<0.01).The comparison between the two groups after treatment,P<0.05,suggests that the treatment group is better than the control group.3.At the end of the course of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%and that of the control group was 83.3%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%and that of the control group was 80.0%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).It is suggested that "Sini Decoction" plus or minus acupoint application therapy has a good effect on chronic heart failure of deficiency of heart and kidney yang.4.After treatment,there was no abnormality in laboratory indicators,which reflected the safety of "Sini Decoction" plus or minus acupoint application therapy in the clinical application of chronic heart failure patients with heart and kidney yang deficiency.Conclusion 1."Sini Decoction" plus or minus acupoint application therapy combined with standard western medicine treatment can improve the TCM syndrome score and cardiac function classification of patients with heart failure in varying degrees.2."Sini Decoction" plus and minus acupoint application therapy combined with standard western medicine treatment is superior to simple standard western medicine treatment in reducing NT-proBNP level,improving LVEF and 6MWT level.3."Sini Decoction" plus or minus acupoint application therapy has little side effects and high safety,and has good clinical efficacy in treating chronic heart failure(heart and kidney yang deficiency type).
