Objects:By observing the average number of 24 h urinary incontinence,1h urine pad test leakage,ICIQ-SF scale,TCM syndrome score, pelvic floor muscle strength to explore the combination of Yiqi Gutuo Decoction combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation of mild to moderate spleen clinical effect of Stress Urinary Incontinence. Methods:The patients was selected, who was diagnosed as mild to moderate SUI,and at the same time consistent with the spleen and kidney deficiency type of TCM.The 59 patients were randomized to two groups. There were 30 patients in the trial group, and 29 in the control group. In the course of the trial, the control group lost 1 case. The patients in the trial group were treated with Yiqi Gutuo Decoction combined with.biofeedback electrical stimulation for 2 courses. And the control group was just given the biofeedback electrical stimulation. To compare the efficacy index of these groups before and after treatment. Results:After the treatment, the total effective rate of the trial group was 90.00%,and the control group was 67.86%(P<0.05).The average number of 24 h urinary incontinence after treatment was significantly reduced than before, and the reduction of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The 1h urine pad test leakage after treatment was significantly reduced than before, and the reduction of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the reduction of the ICIQ-SF scale and the TCM syndrome score, the trial group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation index of pelvic floor muscle strength includes maximum contractility and duration of contraction. After statistical analysis, the pelvic floor maximum contraction force and duration of contraction of the two groups of patients were significantly improved after this treatment(P<0.05).The trail group was superior to the control group in improving the maximum contractile force of pelvic floor muscle(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the duration of pelvic floor muscle contraction(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Gutuo Decoction combined with biofeedback stimulation of mild to moderate spleen and kidney deficiency type of stress urinary incontinence was significant, with a safe, simple,no side effects.
