In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to the issue of people's livelihood. The healthy life of the common people has attracted the attention of the government and all walks of life. For this reason,a series of medical-related policies and systems have been continuously introduced, which has gradually improved our country's medical industry towards fairness.,efficient direction continues to advance."The Outline of the "Healthy China 2030 Plan" and the attention of the Nineteenth National Congress to medical and resident's health issues have clearly defined the reform and development goals of the residents' healthy life, the optimization of health services and the improvement of health protection. The series of actions are all fighting for the development and progress of our country's health. As the largest economic core region in the northern economy, the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has attracted widespread attention from all walks of life. The medical, educational, and economic aspects are all key components of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.The problem of service efficiency of medical resources has always been a concern in the medical industry and is worthy of research. To this end,the authors through a large number of literature reading, through the description of the statistical analysis of the population age structure, population distribution patterns and medical resources in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,to find out the prominent social issues.Through the use of data envelopment(DEA)model to study the efficiency of medical and health resource allocation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the decision-making unit is analyzed whether it is on the effective production frontier, that is,it is relatively efficient or inefficient. At the same time, corresponding improvement methods are given and resources are optimized, configuration improves resource utilization efficiency.Combined with the description of statistical analysis results,DEA analysis results, relevant policies issued by the state, and social development trends, reasonable suggestions are given. In order to strengthen the medical and health cooperation between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and promote the coordinated development of medical care,it has certain practical significance. In this paper, through the analysis of relevant domestic and foreign literatures,it is summarized using concise language. At the same time, the basic concepts and related theories used are briefly discussed. The mechanism of the input and output of medical resources services is detailed.Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to filter out a new index system, and use the principal component analysis to remove the correlation between indicators, the final analysis of the selected indicators of data envelopment analysis(DEA analysis)to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region The efficiency of medical resources is measured.Based on the selected indicator analysis,it was found that the performance of DEA in Tianjin and Hebei areas was effective and effective at the frontier of production. However,in Beijing, the performance of DEA was invalid, and it was not on the effective production frontier. Therefore,it can be determined that there existed infrastructure in Beijing. The situation of "too much investment" is analyzed in this paper because of the "aggregation effect" of advantageous resources. However,it is worth noting that the oversupply of medical infrastructure does not mean that Beijing's medical care is inefficient.Beijing is the center of scientific research and treatment of major miscellaneous diseases. If we consider the contribution of scientific research to the medical cause,Beijing's medical efficiency must be very high.
