Investigation And Analysis Of Disease Spectrum Of Emergency Patients In Datong Mining Areas

Objective:Analysis of Datong Mining emergency patient disease spectrum,and provide evidence for the emergency department to prepare materials,equipment and personnel management and organization management personnel mine.Methods:Select from May 2013 to May 2015 three years emergency treatment,disposal,all the information outcome registration 31069 parts,using self-made questionnaire of Datong Mining emergency patient data of the survey,including: age,sex,type of disease due to illness,disease,constituting,correlation between age and treatment time,using changes in Datong mine emergency patients disease spectrum SPSS18.0 for statistical processing and analysis.Results:During the three years,a total of 57467 cases of emergency patients were received.Among them,17413 cases were received in 2013,accounting for 30.30%.In 2014,18551 cases were treated,accounting for 32.28%.A total of 21,503 cases were diagnosed in 2015,accounting for 37.4%;3 years of emergency patients were distributed in all ages.Among them,male 41290 cases,accounting for 71.85%;female 16177 cases,accounting for 28.15%.All group were male patients more than female patients besides 76-80 age group;emergency patients were mainly distributed in 16-60 age group,accounting for81.96%;there are 20935 coal workers among 57467 emergency patients,male 18516 cases,accounting for 88.45%;female 2419 cases,accounting for 11.55%.Among all the emergency patients,the top three diseases were respiratory diseases,traumatic disease and neurological diseases,accounting for 26.54%,17.36% and 16.49%respectively,of which 9976 cases of trauma patients,row trauma type three for traffic accident trauma,underground work injury and asfights,accounted for 46.20%,32.23%and 14.04%.Among the 20935 coal miners in emergency department,3215 were traumatic patients,and the number of trauma department in the top three were limbs,craniocerebral trauma,maxillofacial region and chest,respectively: 34.56%,31.57% and19.04%.The time interval of emergency patients was mainly at 18-22 hours,among them,18-20 cases were 9992 cases,accounting for 17.39%;20-22 cases were 8390 cases,accounting for 14.60%.Incidence of respiratory diseases mainly concentrated in the 41-60 years old,the incidence of diseases of the nervous system mainly in the 46-60 years of age,the incidence of traumatic disease mainly in the 26-50 years old,has statistical significance in different disease incidence age difference(?2=9620.62,P<0.001).Conclusion:(1)The onset age of emergency patients in Datong mining area is mainly 16-60 years old,and the main diseases are respiratory system diseases,traumatic diseases and nervous system diseases.The age of onset of respiratory and nervous system diseases is concentrated at 40-60 years,and the higher the age,the higher the incidence.The patient was concentrated at 18-22.(2)Shall be determined according to the key technology and talent training direction of emergency department construction of emergency patients the disease spectrum,improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of emergency patients,and the disease peak came ready before the corresponding rescue,reduce the clinical mortality rate and disability rate,improve the success rate of rescue.
