As an important part of modern hospital management,hospital personnel management business has always been the focus of major hospitals and medical institutions in the medical system.With the improvement of people’s living standards and the aging of population,the number of geriatric patients is increasing.The scale of geriatric hospital specialized in geriatric diagnosis and treatment is also increasing.And this also makes the hospital management system represented by hospital personnel management cannot meet the growing needs.With the continuous development of computer and network technology,the optimization and upgrading of hospital personnel management and other business by means of information technology has become an effective means to enhance the hospital management ability and improve the hospital management level.Based on the full analysis of the traditional personnel management business of Yunnan geriatric hospital,this thesis optimizes and reengineers its personnel management business from the perspective of software engineering and business systematization,using BPMN,UML and other tools.And from the perspective of the use function of the information personnel management system,this thesis makes an in-depth analysis of the requirements of the hospital personnel management system.Then,through the analysis of the system internal control class and data entity,the software function realization method and database structure are designed,and the system is realized by coding.The analysis and development of Yunnan geriatric hospital personnel management system,from the perspective of the overall business process,effectively solved the traditional hospital personnel management business lack of scientific management methods and reasonable process arrangement,the business process between the relevant departments is not unified,lack of coordination and other inherent problems Information management,employee recruitment management,employee attendance management and other ten branch business problems are optimized.In order to meet the practical needs of personnel management business in Yunnan geriatric hospital.
