The Management Concept Of For-profit Organizations In The Non-profit Organization - For Example, Disease Prevention And Control Of Jiangsu Province

In order to make the institutions for disease control and prevention in Jiangsu Province more adaptable to the new environments of marketed economy, and to establish an energetic operating system, this article applied the management ideas of the profit organization in the non-profit organization to researches on the creative insights of their long-term development.The article includes the following three sections:To begin with the fundamental theories of both profit and non-profit organizations, the article try to explore the feasibility of transferring the management principles of the profit organization in the non-profit organization.Secondly, it discusses the characteristics and current situation of the institutions of disease control and prevention in Jiangsu Province, and explore the management principles of the profit organization, including the analysis of the strategic environments, marketing, crisis management, human resources, organization innovation, performance evaluation as well as.Finally, some possible problems existing in the application of the management principles of the profit organizations in the non-profit organizations are discussed.
