Research On Optimization Of Emergency Management Mechanism For Liupanshui People's Hospital

With the rapid development of economy,all kinds of emergencies are also increasing,gradually showing a high incidence trend.As one of the key links to deal with all kinds of emergencies and an important public health place to play the role of medical treatment,hospitals not only shoulder the heavy responsibility of rescuing the wounded,but also play the role of public service and social stability.The occurrence of emergencies will inevitably interfere with and affect the normal medical services.The ability of hospitals to deal with emergencies and the level of emergency management are closely related to people's life and health,and social harmony,safety and stability.Therefore,the hospital needs to have a strong emergency management ability,and be able to dynamically adjust and take measures to deal with various emergencies in a timely and effective manner according to the changes of the external environment.It is very important and necessary to study the hospital emergency management mechanism to improve the ability and level of the hospital to deal with emergencies.Taking Liu Pan Shui Municipal People's Hospital of Guizhou Province as the research object,this paper adopts the methods of literature research,case analysis and in-depth interview to study the emergency management mechanism of the hospital,This paper summarizes and analyzes the deficiencies and causes of emergency management mechanism in Liu Pan Shui Municipal People's Hospital,and puts forward optimization suggestions based on the experience of other hospitals.The study found that Liu Pan Shui Municipal People's Hospital emergency management mechanism still exists: the elimination stage monitoring and early warning mechanism is not perfect,the construction and management of emergency team is insufficient;In the preparation stage,the emergency plan system is not perfect,and the material reserve training drill is insufficient;The information reporting system in response stage is not perfect,and the rapid response and disposal process is not smooth;In the recovery stage,the summary and evaluation mechanism is not perfect,and the continuous improvement of emergency response capacity is insufficient.The first is to establish an emergency risk assessment system and improve the monitoring and early warning mechanism;The second is to establish the standard of emergency talent team construction and improve the talent selection mechanism;The third is to establish the updating system of emergency plan preparation exercise and improve the emergency preparedness mechanism;Fourth,establish the reward and punishment system of emergency management and improve the incentive and restraint mechanism;Fifth,establish emergency knowledge publicity and training system,improve the daily education mechanism;Sixth,establish the emergency management information center system and improve the information exchange mechanism;The seventh is to establish the relevant supporting system of emergency materials and improve the capacity reserve mechanism.The eighth is to establish the summary and evaluation system of emergency management and improve the recovery mechanism.
