Clinical Evaluation Research Of Shaohuang Tongbian Mixture In The Treatment Of Intestinal Type And Constipation

ObjectiveTo explore the efficiency and safety of shaohuang tongbian mixture for treatment of intestinal and constipation.MethodsChoose in nanchong center hospital,144 cases of patients with intestinal and randomly divided into control group and treatment group in digital order,control group patients give costus betel nuts pill treatment;Treatment group patients give our homemade shaohuang tongbian mixture treatment,and the dose to the patient after defecate tracking investigation,analysis and follow-up,the main content of the follow-up is drugs taking the prominent effect of the time,after taking the shape of the stool and the difficulty of defecation process records,using SPSS statistical analysis.ResultsTreatment group total effective rate was 91.94%,control group total effective rate was 90.17% of patients.Shows that in the control group and treatment group were similar,drug effect and is more effective,in the process of treatment of only a few patients experienced side effects,adverse events immediately stop after the drug was stopped,two drugs safe,suitable to be used widely in clinic.ConclusionThe shaohuang tongbian mixture has good curative effect for heat and constipation,and good security.
