| Purpose:Observe the clinical curative effect of Runchang Tongbian decoction in the treatment of postoperative intestinal heat-type constipation.Material and method:A total of 60 patients with intestinal hyperthermia constipation who were treated with mixed hemorrhoids from June 2016 to November 2017 at the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Among them,30 patients in the observation group were treated with oral intestines,30 in the control group and were treated with Shutaiqing(compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder).Observe and record changes in the main symptoms of constipation before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.The main symptoms include defecation time,stool characteristics,difficulty in defecation,defecation,feeling of anorectal obstruction,and secondary symptoms including abdominal distention,abdominal pain and dry mouth bad breath.Urine is short.The statistics software SPSS20.0 was used to perform statistical analysis on the scores.Statistical comparisons were made based on the scores of the two groups of data and the efficacy was evaluated.Results: 1.After 1 week of treatment,the main symptoms of the two groups had no significant difference in the efficacy of bowel movement and defecation(P>0.05),but there was a statistically significant difference in defecation time,stool characteristics,and anorectal obstruction(P< 0.05),the observation group was superior to the control group.2.After one week of treatment,the two groups had statistically significant differences in abdominal distention,abdominal pain,dry mouth halitosis,and short urination(P<0.05).The observation group had better efficacy than the control group.3.Changes in tongue and pulse status were better in the observation group than in the control group.4.The two groups of drugs have an effective therapeutic effect on mixed bowel fever with postoperative intestinal constipation,but the apparent healing rate in the observation group(60.00%)was significantly higher than the control group(23.33%),and the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05),the observation group was superior to the control group.5.The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 86.67%.Conclusion: 1.Runchang Tongbian Fang,Shu Taiqing(compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder)can effectively improve the mixed bowel postoperative hot intestinal constipation.2.The total therapeutic effect of Runchangtongbian on mixed intestinal spasm postoperative heat constipation is better than Shu Taiqing(compound PEG electrolyte powder).3.Runchangtongbian can effectively alleviate the prolonged defecation time,dry hard stool,anorectal obstruction,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,dry mouth halitosis,short urine,etc.application. |
