The Clinical Effect Of Chengqi Tongbian Suppository Combined With Lactulose Oral Liquid On Chronic Functional Constipation

Objective: In this study,the effects of Chengqi tongbianding combined with lactulose on the frequency of constipation,clinical symptoms,quality of life,clinical efficacy and safety of chronic functional constipation were observed.Methods: From February 2019 to December 2019,a total of 80 patients with chronic functional constipation diagnosed in the constipation clinic of Chengdu anorectal hospital were collected.The patients were divided into two groups by SPSS,40 in the treatment group and 40 in the control group.In addition to the general treatment,the treatment group was treated with Chengqi tongbianding and lactulose oral liquid,while the control group was treated with placebo and lactulose oral liquid.The frequency of spontaneous defecation,clinical symptoms of constipation,quality of life,comprehensive effect,long-term effect,safety and other indicators were observed.Results: Before the treatment,the data of csbm,SBM times,constipation clinical symptom score and quality of life evaluation table of the two groups were compared,P > 0.05,and the data of the two groups were comparable.After the treatment,the csbm and SBM times of the treatment group and the control group were increased,P < 0.05,so the treatment group and the control group improved the times of complete spontaneous defecation and spontaneous defecation,and the improvement effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group In the control group,P < 0.05;in the clinical symptom score of constipation,both groups can improve constipation symptoms,P < 0.05;in the comparison of the two groups,the effect of improving constipation symptoms in the treatment group is better than that in the control group,P < 0.05;in the comparison of the quality of life,both groups have improved the quality of life,the treatment group is better than the control group as a whole,P < 0.05;in the evaluation of the effect,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 95%,and the control group has The effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).In the long-term effect,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 35%,and that of the control group was 70%.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of chronic functional constipation with Chengqi Tongbian and lactulose oral liquid is effective.It can obviously increase the defecation times of patients with constipation,improve the clinical symptoms of constipation,and improve the quality of life of patients.It has many advantages,such as good safety,small side effects and simple use.It provides a new idea and method for the treatment of constipation.
