| Objective: The study takes a randomized controlled approach,to observe the clinical effect of Modified XiaoChaiHu Decoction on the patients with Qi Yu Tan Zu subacute thyroidetis.To further evaluate the safety and efficacy of Modified XiaoChaiHu Decoction in the treatment of Qi Yu Tan Zu of subacute thyroiditis and explore the mechanism of action.For the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to provide a theoretical basis to develop more safe and effective formulations.Methodology: A total of 67 patients with subcate thyroiditis standard were included in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the randomized controlled method: 32 cases in the treatment group: flavored small bupleurum decoction Chinese medicine granules were given,32 cases in control group: Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Capsules were given.Two groups were treated for a total of 4 weeks.Age,gender,fever clearance time,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)before and after treatment,B Ultrasound,serum thyroid function(TSH,FT3,FT4),changes of TCM symptom score index,of two groups were recorded respectively,the total curative effect,recurrence rate and side effects of the two groups were evaluated,the statistics and data were analyzed with SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results: The efficiency of treatment group was 93.75%,control group's total effective rate was 71.88%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the total curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The comparison of two groups of fever clearance time,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was superior to the control group;both groups can reduce the patient's erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),the difference between two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group;two groups of TCM syndrome score after treatment decreased than that before treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05),the difference between two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05),the treatment group was superior to the control group;both two groups can improve the serum thyroxine(TSH,FT3,FT4),the treatmentgroup was superior to.the control group(p<0.05).The difference between two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05),the treatment group was superior to the control group.There was no adverse reaction in the treatment group,and there was no obvious abnormality in the safety index,it is safe and effective in clinical application.Conclusion: The study showed that the effect of Modified XiaoChaiHu Decoction on the treatment of Qi Yu Tan Zu subacute thyroid was significant,compared with the control group,it is not only can obviously improve the patient's clinical symptoms,physical sign but also shorten the cooling time effectively and can improve the erythrocyte sedimentation rate,serum thyroxine,other indicators,there is no adverse reaction,it is worthy making promotion in clinical treatment. |
