| Objective:To observe the treatment effect of Qingre Xuanyu decoction of subacute thyroiditis;To study the relationship between Wei Qi Ying Xue febrile disease theory and subacute thyroiditis,provide new ideas and effective reference for TCM treatment of subacute thyroiditis.Methods:The diagnosis of 60 patients with subacute thyroiditis were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group.30 patients of the control group use western medication Indomethacin enteric-coated tablets;while 30 patients of the observation group take traditional Chinese medicine Qingre Xuanyu decoction.After two weeks of treatment,observe the effect of Qingre Xuanyu decoction on subacute thyroiditis,which include clinical symptoms and signs,cooling time,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and other indicators of clinical examination.Then compared and analyzed with the control group.Results : The observation group showed significant improvement on clinical symptoms and signs,cooling time,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and other indicators of clinical examination,and adverse reactions does not appear during the treatment.Press comprehensive statistical effect,the significant effect of the observation group were 11 cases,effective in 17 cases,the total efficiency was 93.33%;in the control group,5 cases were markedly,effective in 16 cases,the total efficiency was 70%.Both observation and control groups had significant differences(P<0.05),the effect of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion:Qingre Xuanyu decoction in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis, shows indeed effective,safe and reliable.This indicats that Wei Qi Ying Xue febrile disease theory can be as a guide treatment of subacute thyroiditis theory,and the method of the clinical study provides a reference value. |
