Qingxiao Fang Decoction In The Treatment Of Subacute Thyroiditis In Acute Stage(Type Of Excessive Heat Toxin) Clinical Observation

Purpose: Through clinical observation,research Qingxiao Fang of subacute thyroiditis(type of excessive heat toxin)treatment,the clinical evidence of the rich Chinese medicine treatment of subacute thyroiditis.Method: The patients with subacute thyroiditis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 30 cases received 75 mg diclofenac sodium double-release enteric-coated capsules(Daifen)daily,and the dosage was gradually reduced after 2 weeks.The treatment group of 30 cases took traditional Chinese medicine of modified Xiaoqing formula 1decoction dosage per day,which was consumed while warm in the morning and evening.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks and followed up for 3 months.TSH,FT3,FT4,ESR were tested before and after treatment.And the subsiding time of fever,pain and thyroid swelling,the occurrence rate of hypothyroidism and the recurrence rate of metamorphosis were observed.Result:In the acute phase of treatment of subacute thyroiditis,treatment group in syndrome efficacy,syndrome to improve,antifebrile time,thyroid pain subsides,thyroid,swelling time were significantly better than that of control group(P < 0.05);Two groups of laboratory examination(TSH,FT3,FT4)after treatment was no significant difference(P >0.05),but in the blood sedimentation(ESR)has significant statistical significance(P < 0.01),treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Incidence and recurrence and JiaYan JiaJian is better than that of control group at the same time,and no adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion: The clear away the test results show that in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis acute phase type(type of excessive heat toxin)is effective.In the aspect of improving the symptoms of subacute thyroiditis,ESR,Qingxiao Fang is obviously better than that of non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,and the incidence rate of hypothyroidism and subacute thyroiditis recurrence rate was significantly reduced,and no side effects,safe and reliable,can replace non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs to a certain extent.Through the clinical observation,it can be concluded that the method can provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of subacute thyroiditis.
