Objective: 1.To realize the current situation and relation between the full-time bachelor degree nurses’ career planningã€career managed and job satisfaction in public hospitals.2.To realize the influencing factors about career development of the full-time bachelor degree nurses.Methods: 1.According to multicentric cross sectional descriptive study and chester sampling,in the southern 〠northern of Jiangsu Province and Nanjing,to choose 450full-time bachelor degree nurses from 18 public hospitals including 10 second-class hospitals and 8 tertiary hospitals,and doing questionnaire surve.2.According to purposive sampling,to choose 16 full-time bachelor degree nurses,and to make a study of grouping interview.Results: 1.full-time bachelor degree nurses’ career planning score is 40.57±8.14(72.45%),career managed score is 50.71±9.20(79.23%),job satisfaction score is105.11±16.88(67.81%).the influencing factors about career planning are genderã€ageã€professional qualificationsã€establishment strengthã€hospital’s areaã€hospital’s levelã€departmentã€school of graduationã€salaryã€marital status;the influencing factors about career managed are age 〠professional qualifications 〠establishment strength ã€administrative post 〠school of graduation 〠salary 〠department 〠hospital’s area;the influencing factors about job satisfaction are hospital’s area 〠hospital’s level 〠age ã€professional qualificationsã€length of serviceã€administrative postã€school of graduationã€salaryã€departmentã€establishment strength.Among career planningã€career managed and job satisfaction,every two present positive correlation.2.the influencing factors about career development are personal objective causesã€hospital’s objective causesã€personal subjective causesã€hospital’s practicesã€the peer’s influenceã€nurse’s valueã€policyã€study.Conclusions:the full-time bachelor degree nurses’ career planningã€career managed and job satisfaction in public hospitals present average,needing improving,Among career planningã€career managed and job satisfaction,every two present positive correlation and interacted.it is suggested that nursing decision makers should be according to the hospital,hospital grade, age, job title, such as characteristics, the categorized intervention measures, improvement of management and service, so as to improve the satisfaction of the full-time undergraduate nurses, improve the stability of a bachelor’s degree in nursing,and improve the quality of nursing,and promoting their career development. |
