The Application And Illumination Of The Program Of Junior Doctor's Career Navigation In Changning District Central Hospital

When people begin the study in medical school, their life career is mostly fixed in the field of medicine. As medicine is a multi-branch knowledge and each branch's characteristics and research work is very different, many doctors find their interest, knowledge and ability do not suit their current work position. And the current medical human resource system is not mature for doctor's appropriate change of work position, which makes some doctors regret their choice of career, unable to get achievements in their medical branch and to use their knowledge and ability, and also caused huge waste to the national medical education funds.
