Study On The Status Quo Of Health Service For The Elderly In Shihezi City

Objective:Based on the urban area of Shihezi,this study assessed the elderly in the medical and nursing institutions in this region,obtained the baseline data of the elderly health status,and made clear the medical service needs of the elderly.In contrast to the Shihezi city of three different types of medical support combined with assessment mechanism and the existing evaluation methods,find the existing problems,in order to improve the Shihezi City medical support combined with medical and nursing ability institutions provide strategic advice.Method:This study uses two aspects since the establishment of Shihezi City medical support combined mechanism in elderly health service questionnaire and interview outline of mechanism of medical support combined with the combination of medical care institutions for the elderly and the combination of medical care institutions for investigation.By using the questionnaire survey of Shihezi City medical support combined with mechanism in the health status of the elderly;through access to relevant literature,using structured interviews in Shihezi City medical support combined with relevant personnel mechanism interviews.Results:1.Three different types of comparison between institutions of medical support combined with safety facilities and medical facilities of the three types of medical support combined mechanism are common problems,such as: the passage or corridor with no alarm,no call for bed.However,the problems existing in the cooperative medical and nursing institutions with the cooperation between the pension institutions and the community health service institutions are the most serious,and there is a big hidden danger in the safety protection.Medical institutions set up pension institutions and pension institutions with medical institutions type medical support combined with basic medical institutions have relatively complete,emergency and inspection equipment,but the cooperation type pension institutions and community health service institutions and raising the binding mechanism has only a simple combination of basic medical equipment,emergency medicine,the test equipment is not equipped with,The allocation of human resources is relatively weak.2.Among the three different types of medical support,the satisfaction of organizations and the provision of medical service ability,the satisfaction degree between the pension institution and the community health service organization is the lowest among the middle-aged and the elderly.The ability of providing medical services between the pension institution and the community health service organization is weak,and it can not provide rehabilitation care,hospice care and spiritual comfort to the elderly who live in it.3.518 elderly people with an average age of 80 + 6.9 years,mostly women,about 59.40%,education in the primary school and below levels mainly accounted for about 76.60% of marriages to widowed / divorced primarily about 73.70%;basic medical assessment found that the elderly with chronic disease prevalence rate was 82.62%,about 53.03% of the elderly patients with 3-6 chronic disease;poor physical function of the elderly,only 49% of the elderly ADL-BI themselves;about 58.30% of the elderly physical pain,but the pain is not serious;the elderly vision assessment result is good,but hearing the poor results of the assessment;about 48.80% of the elderly overweight;the poor results of the assessment the function of cognitive and mental health status of elderly,suggesting the elderly cognitive dysfunction and depression accounted for 33.60%,27.70%;social support and economic support to the results of the assessment,the old The economic support was good and the social support was poor;33.01% of the elderly were satisfied with the service of the medical and nursing union.Comparison of three different types of medical support combined with inter agency assessment results,pension institutions and community health services cooperative medical institution for the elderly evaluation combined with the overall results are worse than the pension institutions with medical institutions and medical institutions
