Research On The Combination Of Medical Care And Pension In Institutional Pension Service Mode

The Communist Party of China clearly put forward the idea of constructing the policy system and social environment of providing for the aged,filial piety and respect for the aged.With China's entry into an aging society,the number of elderly people suffering from chronic diseases and disabilities is increasing.It is particularly urgent to meet the needs of the elderly for pension and medical care.However,the problem of separation of medical care and maintenance is common in existing pension model.Therefore,this paper chooses "K" nursing home for research,finds out problems and puts forward suggestions.The main research object of this paper is the old-age care institutions with the "combination of medical care and maintenance".By investigating several old-age care institutions in Hangzhou,and selecting "K" nursing home as a typical case,this paper interviewed the elderly,their family members and staff in the nursing home to collect their feelings and suggestions.This paper introduces the development background of the "combination of medical care and maintenance" old-age service in Hangzhou,and analyses its advantages and disadvantages in the "K" old-age hospital.It is found that there are four main problems in the development of pension institutions: insufficient nurses;lack of "soft service" at the spiritual and cultural level;insufficient policy subsidies and high fees;single product,short industrial chain and imperfect service standard system.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions.Under the trend of aging,a series of old-age industries need to be developed urgently.At the same time,as a new industry,the research on the old-age service mode of medical and nursing combination will have significance for the further development of the old-age industry.
