Study On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Medical And Nursing Combined Pension Service In Tianfu New Area

With our country entering an aging society,the problems of the old age,the lack of the labor force and the weak public resources make the old-age problem more severe.The demand for medical and health services is becoming more and more urgent and the gap between supply and demand is becoming more and more prominent.It is becoming an important measure to promote the harmonious development of society by exploring the medical support combined pension service model.Tianfu new area is widely distributed in Chengdu and it covers many towns and villages,where the aging population is more prominent,and the aging population distribution is typical.This article summarize the status of medical support combined pension service in Tianfu new area,sheds light on the reasons of troubles and puts forward corresponding suggestions.This article can be divided into five parts.In the first part,the research background and main content of this paper are briefly introduced,the research purpose and method of this paper are expounded,and relevant literature at home and abroad are reviewed and summarized,so as to clarify the research ideas of this paper.In the second part,relevant concepts and definitions related to the "integration of medical care and nursing care" such as old-age care,public and private construction,combined medical care and nursing service are explained,laying a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper based on Marxist social security theory,public product theory,hierarchy of demand theory,supply chain management and coordination theory.The third part summarizes and analyzes the current situation of combining medical care with old-age care services in Tianfu new area by means of data review and questionnaire survey.Firstly,it analyzes the regional economic situation,medical and old-age care institutions and the demand for old-age care services of the survey group from three dimensions.Then,by using supply chain management and synergistic theory,the characteristics of public and private medical and nursing combined pension institutions are summarized and compared respectively,and the operation status of public and private medical and nursing combined pension institutions with different properties is sorted out.Finally,by comparing the current situation of integrated medical care and old-age care services in Tianfu new area with those in Shandong province,Suzhou and other advanced provinces and cities in China,this paper proposesthat advanced experience of integrated medical care and old-age care services in developed countries such as the United States and Japan can be absorbed.The fourth part points out that the development of integrated medical care and old-age care services in Chengdu direct management area of Tianfu new area is constrained by traditional concepts,the government guidance is not perfect,the financing channels are not smooth enough,and the construction of integrated medical care and old-age care institutions is insufficient,and explores and analyzes the underlying causes of these phenomena.In the fifth part,the author puts forward some improvement measures,such as cultivating the awareness of health and old-age care for all the staff in Tianfu new area,strengthening the overall management of the government,improving the social security mechanism,formulating the standards of medical and old-age care services combined with the old-age care industry,unblocking social financing channels,and strengthening the construction of professional talent team,etc.,to provide practical Suggestions for Chengdu direct management area and other areas in Tianfu new area.
