Research On The Satisfaction Of Medical-nursing Combined Institutional Care Service

With the coming of the world population aging tide,our country is also involved in it.One of the most important problems brought by the aging population is the shortage of resources supply,especially the scarcity of urban medical and old-age resources,which makes it difficult to realize the old-age support and the old-age support.In order to solve such social problems,many countries and regions have made various explorations in recent years,in fact,the new old-age model of the combination of medical and nursing has gradually been recognized by all walks of life.In order to cope with the new situation of population aging and to carry out the basic national policy of people-oriented,in 2014,our country officially began to carry out the old-age model of combining medical and nursing at the government level to solve the problems of low satisfaction and difficult old-age care for the elderly in cities.After six years of development,the development of medical and nursing combined old-age care in our country has achieved great results in the urban scope,but in the institutional mechanism,there are also many problems,including the imperfect management mechanism,the insufficient funds,the imperfect financing channels and paths,the narrow scope of service delivery and so on.This paper intends to explore the factors that affect the satisfaction of the elderly in the process of receiving the service of medical and nursing institutions through the full study of the satisfaction model and the reference to the relevant literature at home and abroad,and build the index on this basis,and construct the model that affects the satisfaction of the elderly in the medical and nursing institutions.This paper takes14 institutions providing medical and nursing combined services in Shijiazhuang as the research object,takes the questionnaire as the research method,and establishes the model to carry on the research.This article starts from the related background of the combination of medical care and old-age care model,and then puts forward the research purpose and significance.The related concepts of the combination of medical and nursing care and satisfaction are expounded in detail,and the theoretical basis is introduced from the relevant connotation,platform and nature of the combination of medical and nursing care and old-age care model.In Shijiazhuang,Hebei Province,the group selected 14 medical and nursinginstitutions to carry out field research,distributed questionnaires,and used descriptive statistics to analyze the basic situation and satisfaction of the elderly in the research institutions.The model is based on the Swedish model of customer satisfaction index,expectation difference and causality,and the model of research satisfaction is constructed by structural equation model,and the research hypothesis is put forward.The data is processed by using Stata in the data processing part,and the structural equation is constructed by Amos,and the results of the questionnaire are processed and analyzed,and the conclusion is finally reached.According to the above research and analysis,and combined with the relevant domestic and foreign experience,the paper finally got the following suggestions and countermeasures: strengthen the docking of medical and nursing services;enhance the maturity of institutions;communication channels need system guarantee and talent is the key to improve the quality of perception.
