| Objective:By observing the clinical effect of Liqi Daozhi decoction in combination with acupoint catgut embedding and taking Liqi Daozhi decoction alone in the treatment of functional constipation(Stagnant of Qi)to verify the curative effect of the former is superior to the latter,and the research can reflect the characteristics of the combination of internal and external treatment of the traditional Chinese medical science.Methods:60 eligible subjects were divided into observation group and control group according to the method of random digital table.The observation group was treated with Liqi Daozhi decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding,while the control group was treated with Liqi Daozhi decoction,and both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The constipation symptom scores were observed before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after the end of treatment respectively.The results were analyzed by statistical method,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:(1)The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 96.67% and 90.00%,respectively.The observation group had better effect on the time of the defecation interval,defecation difficulty and abdominal distension than the control group in the main symptoms,while the two groups had similar effects on defecation time,excrementitious shapes and poor stool.And the observation group had better effect on bowel vector gas than the control group in the secondary symptoms,while the two groups had similar effects on sigh,poor appetite,irritability or depression.(2)The observation group was better than that of the control group in the maintenance of curative effect at 4 weeks after the end of treatment.Conclusions:The results show that the therapeutic effect of Liqi Daozhi decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of functional constipation(Stagnant of Qi)is better than that taking Liqi Daozhi decoction alone.It is mainly manifested in the time of the defecation interval,defecation difficulty,abdominal distension and bowel vector gas.And the maintenance curative effect after treatment is better than that taking Liqi Daozhi decoction alone.It can be applied in clinic. |
