Clinical Observation Of TST Combined With Huayu Tongbian Decoction In The Treatment Of Rectal Protrusion

Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy of TST combined with Huyu tongbian decoction in the treatment of outlet obstruction constipation(OOC)caused by rectal protrusion(RC),and to provide a basis for future clinical application.Material and method:All patients were selected from the hemorrhoid fistula department of the third affiliated hospital of Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine(Liaoning anorectal hospital)from January 2017 to June 2018.A total of 99 patients with outlet obstruction constipation caused by rectal protrusion were admitted for surgical treatment.According to the random number table method,they were divided into 3groups with 33 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with TST combined with Huayu tongbian decoction,the control group 1 was treated with Block combined with Huayu tongbian decoction,and the control group 2 was treated with TST.Main symptoms and scores of the three groups before and after treatment were observed,and SPSS21.0 software was used for systematic analysis to compare the improvement of constipation symptoms in the three groups.Results:1.Treatment group(33 patients,fall off in 1 case;Contrast Ⅰ group of 33 patients,2 cases were loss;Contrast Ⅱ group of 33 patients,no loss.2.The total cure rate of the treatment group was 81.300%,that of the control group 1 was74.194%,and that of the control group 2 was 75.758%.The cure rate of the treatment group and the control groups were respectively compared,all P<0.05,with significant difference and statistical significance.3.Complications were compared among the three groups.There were statistically significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the incidence of postoperative pain,urinary retention and anal bulge(P<0.05).Compared with control group2,P>0.05 showed no significant difference and no statistical significance.4.Comparison of defecation points and before and after comparison of the three groups,P*<0.The treatment group was compared with the control group,and the results were all P>0.05,without statistical significance.5.The operation time and hospitalization time of the three groups were compared,and the two groups of the treatment group and the control group 1 were compared respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group 1.There was no significant difference in time between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).6.The postoperative anxiety and depression scores of the patients in the treatment group and the control group 2 were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group 2.Conclusion:1.TST combined with Huayu tongbian decoction has a significant effect on patients with rectal protrusion.2.Both TST combined with Huayu tongbian decoction and Block combined with Huayu tongbian decoction have curative effects,but TST has obvious advantages in surgical safety,postoperative recovery and the OOCurrence of complications,which are worthy of further study and promotion.3.Postoperative oral treatment with Huayu tongbian decoction can significantly improve the state of anxiety and depression in patients,and promote the recovery of postoperative intestinal function in patients.
