Correlation Of CRP?IL-6?PCT And FEV₁ Levels In Patients Of AECOPD With HP Infection

Objective:Analyse acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease period?AECOPD?in patients with Helicobacter pylori?H.p ylori,HP?infection status,and discusses CRP?c-reactive protein?,PCT?procalcitonin?,IL-6?interleukin 6?and FEV1?Forced expiratory volume in one second?levels in patients with AECOPD combined HP infection of correlation,and analysis of HP infection in patients with AECOPD lung function and the influence of serum cell inflammatory factors level.Methods:A total of 499 cases were collect,who are in the three respiratory medicine ward of the second affiliated hospital of kunming medical university during January 2015 to July 2016.Which patients were diagnosed of AECOPD,with Sixty years of age or older in the hospital.Selected from the patient who diagnosed of AECOPD that can also do CRP and PCT,IL-6,FEV1 detection,and analysed,A total of 273 patients.According to the HP testing results,the patients are divided into two groups,the team?HP positive group?128 cases,select the HP negative cases as control group,a total of 145 cases.On two groups of patients compared the following indicators:age,gender,history of upper gastrointestinal disease history,cor pulmonale,CRP and PCT,IL6 and FEV1,evaluation index correlation between HP infection and above,and use SPSS 17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of results.Results:?1?There are AECOPD patients over the age of 60,which From the past 19 months 499 cases,the HP positive patients are 250 cases,accounting for more than 50.1%,HP negative patient 249 examples,the proportion is 49.9%.?2?Two groups of cases,the history,corpulmonale positive group 52 cases?40%?,negative groups with 67 cases?46.2%?,chi-square value is 0.861,the test value is 0.353,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Positive group of 113 cases of male,accounted for 88.3%.There are 15 cases,women accounted for 11.7%.The negative group,there are 125 cases of male,accounted for 13.8%,there are 20 cases,women accounted for 86.2%.Chi-square value of 0.262,examine the P =0.609,there was no statistically significant difference.The positive age was?75.57 ± 8.38?,negative groupage was?76.36 ±7.47?,two groups of age T value is 0.814,P =0.416,there was no statistically significant difference.?3?AECOPD combined HP infection?HP positive group?in patients with CRP[3.66?1.16-9.937 mg/dL?],IL-6[13.86?5.227-54.54?pg/ml],negative groups CRP[0.92?0.415-1.95 mg/dL?],IL-6[11.48?4.03-24.78?pg/ml],positive group of CRP and IL₆ is higher than negative group,Z values is?6.336,2.468?,respectively,P values is?0.000,0.014?,respectively,P<0.05,differences were statistically significant.And FEV1 positive group[0.890?0.545-1.375?L]below negative groups][1.27?0.76-1.96?L,Z value is 3.959,P value is 0·000,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.HP positive group of PCT[0.06?0.037-0.12?ng/L],HP negative patients PCT[0.085?0.041-0.169?ng/L],Z =-1.911,P = 0.056,P>0.05,there was no statistically significant difference.Conclusion:?1?,More than 60 years of age patients with AECOPD combined HP infection rate is higher than negative infection rate.?2?,merging HP infection of lung function in patients with AECOPD less HP infection in patients with AECOPD damage more serious;?3?The merger of HP infection in patients with AECOPD serum cytokine IL-6 and CRP levels increased significantly.AECOPD combined with HP infection is closely related to the level of CRP?IL-6?FEV1,but HP infection had no effect on blood PCT in patients with AECOPD.HP can be used as evaluated the AECOPD and prognostic indicators.
