| Objective:to evaluate xuan fei hua tan ke li on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (copd) in acute aggravating period (tan re yu fei zheng) the effectiveness and safety. Methods:included in the standard of80cases with acute aggravating period of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (copd) patients, randomly divided into two groups. Control group and experimental group40cases, control group given conventional western medicine therapy (controlling oxygen cure, bronchial diastolic agent, antibiotic, eliminating phlegm), the experimental group on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy to promote lung phlegm granule, treatment for7days. Were observed before and after treatment in patients with BODE scores, CAT scores, dyspnea index mMRC and TCM symptom score, pulmonary function index changes. Results:(1) basic information:two groups of patients in the age, nationality, occupation, gender, history of basic information, such as all the statistical results had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Property may be thought the basic information of the two groups of patients was no difference, comparable. Diction of TCM symptom score:the two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM symptom score group compared, the results were improved significantly (P<0.05); The treatment group adopted by the combining Chinese and western medicine therapy in sputum volume and breathing significant improvement than before treatment (P<0.05).(3) the CAT rating:the CAT rating of two groups of patients after treatment were compared with before treatment significantly improved (P<0.05) Conclusion:preliminary findings xuan lung phlegm granule in improving patients’ clinical symptom such as sputum volume, breathing has certain advantage. |
