Objective:Observation for the assessment of strengthening BuFeiYiHao recipe to prevent chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) plateau long curative effect in patients with acute exacerbation of lung qi deficiency syndrome, the immune cells, the influence of clinical curative effect, life quality, the preliminary analysis its acute exacerbation risk factors, for the prevention and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases acute exacerbation (AECOPD) provide effective prescription of traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Methods:Selection into the standard of 60 patients with COPD stabilization lung qi deficiency syndrome (in the global creative COPD severity disease (GOLD) packet belongs to the group A and group B), using single blind, randomized, controlled clinical trial design method, according to time sequence number, with singular as treatment group, the number of the control group, parallel divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases each. Treatment group party granule infusion of oral medicine for BuFeiYiHao(1 bag/times,2 times/day), at the same time, the western medicine A group of patients according to the need to use salbutamol aerosol (no more than 8-12 spray) within 24 h, B group of patients using thiamethoxam tora bromide powder mist (18 μg/smoking,1 smoking/day) absorption treatment, the control group on the basis of western medicine treatment (dosage group patients are consistent) oral placebo infusion of particles at the same time, two groups of drug treatment for 3 months. Statistical patients medication during the period of 3 months and were followed up for 6 months period the number of exacerbations, and respectively into the set of medicine before and after the treatment records in patients with peripheral blood CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ numerical, clinical symptoms and signs, the COPD assessment test scale (CAT) and lung function.Results:1.The number of exacerbations comparison difference between two groups has statistically significant (P<0.05), and BuFeiYiHao recipe group is better than that of control group in reducing frequency of COPD exacerbations.2.COPD stabilization exacerbations Logistic regression analysis of risk factors, course of relative risk (OR value) is 0.448, explain the course for the related factors of acute exacerbation of COPD.3.The treatment group after treatment can improve the CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,CD8+ reduction, the difference statistically significant (P<0.05); The control group after treatment of CD3+,CD4+, CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ no significant improvement (P>0.05), shows BuFeiYiHao recipe can improve the body’s immune function.4.BuFeiYiHao recipe of clinical effective rate is 93.10%, the control group effectiveness 75.00%, the clinical curative effect is better than the control group (P<0.05).5.BuFeiYiHao recipe in improving the symptoms of lung qi deficiency (since the sweat, easy to catch a cold) is better than that of control group (P<0.05), improve the cough, cough up phlegm, wheezing, shortness of breath, the treatment group and the control group are no difference.6.The treatment group on the CAT score improvement is better than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).7.Two groups in terms of FVC, FEVi%,FEVi/FVC have no obvious improvement and no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:1.BuFeiYiHao recipe for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with lung Qi deficiency syndrome, not only can decrease the times of acute exacerbation, but also can improve the body’s immune function and improve the quality of life, delay the process of COPD.2.Early intervention, early treatment, can reduce the number of COPD exacerbations.
