Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Prostatitis Of Damp Heat Type With Bazhengsan Combined With Acupoint-injection With Chinese Herb

Objective:Observation the effectiveness of bazhengsan combined with the acupoint-injection with Chinese herb in the treatment of Chronic Prostatitis of damp-heat in lower jiao kind in order to Search for a simple,reliable,effective treatment,provide the basis for clinical treatment.Methods:Choose from January 2016 to February 2017 during the treatment in Heilongjiang Province,Chinese medicine hospital male outpatient chronic prostatitis patients,the age of 18 to 50 years old,is a hot and humid type,a total of 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(30 cases)according to the random number method.Two groups of patients were 7 days for a course of treatment,rest between treatment for 2 days,continuous treatment of 4 courses.To observe and record the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group and the control group,routine examination of the prostatic fluid(lecithin body,white blood cell level),chronic prostatitis symptom score(NIH-CPSI)evaluation index and adverse reaction,and the two groups of treatment Before and after the statistical analysis.Result:1.The scores of NIH-CPSI in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,but the improvement rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(p < 0.05).2.Before treatment,TCM syndrome scores(p > 0.05),after treatment,TCM syndrome score was significantly improved than the control group was statistically significant(p <0.05).Conclusion:1.Eight are scattered Joint Qingkailing point injection of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic prostatitis(fine cloud of damp-heat)can effectively improve the patient's pain symptoms,voiding status,quality of life,and its efficiency is better than only using eight are scattered.2.Eight points is the effective combination of Qingkailing injection of Chinese medicine injection is the treatment of chronic prostatitis(severe turbid hot and humid injection type)an effective method,it is worthy of clinical application.
