Clinical Observation On Syndrome Of Damp-heat Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis Treated By Zheng Qing Feng Tong Ning Acupoint Injection Along The Meridian

Objective:Observe the clinical curative effect of Zheng Qing Feng Tong Ning in treating chronic nephritis Damp-Heat syndrome by acupoint injection along the meridians,and discuss its mechanism of action.Methods: Sixty patients with chronic nephritis damp heat syndrome were randomly divided into acupoint injection group(30 cases)and Huangkui capsule group(30 cases).The acupoint injection group was given Zheng Qing Feng Tong Ning acupoint injection along the meridian at the same time as the basic treatment and Huang Kui capsule oral administration.The Huang Kui capsule group was given basic treatment and Huang Kui capsule orally.The curative effect of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,the effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,the level of proteinuria and renal function were compared,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results:1.Clinical curative effect: The total effective rate after treatment in the acupoint injection group was 86%,which was better than that of the Huangkui capsule group in the same period,and 73% in the Huangkui capsule group.2.Efficacy of clinical syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine: acupoint injection group TCM syndromes Among the clinical curative effects,21 cases(72%)were cured and effective,and the total effective rate was 85%;the total recovery rate was 80% in the Huangkui capsule group,and the total effective rate was 80%;Both treatment options of Huangkui capsule group can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with TCM.Among them,the acupoint injection group was superior to the Huangkui Capsule group in improving clinical symptoms such as edema,yellow urine,burning astringent urination and other clinical symptoms.3.Improvement of laboratory indicators: Acupoint injection group and Huangkui capsule group can reduce urinary protein and stabilize renal function.In terms of eliminating urinary protein,the acupoint injection group was superior to the Huangkui capsule group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups in stabilizing renal function.4.Safety observation: All the patients in the course of treatment did not have obvious swelling and thermal pain,numbness of hands and feet or lips,chest tightness,chest pain and anaphylactic shock.Conclusion:Zheng Qing Feng Tong Ning Jing Jing injection can reduce the 24-hour urinary protein level in patients with chronic nephritis damp-heat syndrome,stable renal function,and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with high safety and side effects.
