Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Zishenquyu Decoction combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on chronic non-bacterial prostatitisMethods:A total of 72 patients with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis(syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine belongs to fine turbidity,damp-heat stasis and kidney deficiency syndrome)who were admitted to Qiqihar Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2017 to January 2019 were selected in this study Patients were divided into treatment group(37)and control group(35)by random number table.Patients in both groups were given general diet control and daily oral Zishenquyu Decoction. On this basis, patients in the treatment group were given daily acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine(shenque, guanyuan and zhongji acupoints). All patients get 4 weeks treatment.NIH-CPSI,symptom score, prostatic fluid index and urodynamic index(maximum and average urine flow rate)before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups to analyze the difference in efficacyResults:after 4 weeks of kidney-nourishing quyu decoction or Zishenquyu Decoction combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine, patients' NIH-CPSI and symptom score were significantly lower than before treatment. The NIH-CPSI(34.76±0.43vs.26.49±0.73)and symptom score(83.73±1.24 vs.27.24 ±3.69)in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.001).In the control group,NIH-CPSI(33.37±0.56 vs.17.31±1.39)and symptom score(84.11±1.61 vs.49.83±3.47)were also significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.001).At the end of treatment, the maximum urine flow rate(27.15±2.96 vs.23.75±2.84),the average urine flow rate(17.69±1.91vs.15.40±1.85)and prostatic fluid related indicators in the treatment group and the control group were improved to different degrees(P<0.05),but the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion:single application of kidney-nourishing quyu decoction or Zishenquyu Decoction combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve various clinical symptoms of patients and significantly improve the quality of life of patients, and the effect of Zi shenquyu Decoction combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine is better than that of Zishenquyu Decoction alone.
