Qingrejiedu Dampness The Tonglin Law Treatment Of Urinary Tract Infection (shower Card - The Lower Burner Damp-heat Syndrome) Clinical Studies

Objective:To discuss the effectiveness and safety of heat-clearing and detoxicating,damp elimination and smoothing showering for treating the lower urinary tract infection(Lin-Zheng - damp-heat in lower-JIAO),through the clinical research of using the modification prescription for Ba Zheng San and Wu Wei Xiao Du Yin to treat the lower urinary tract infection of damp-heat in lower-JIAO.Methods:140 patients for the lower urinary tract infection(damp-heat in lower-JIAO) were selected to perform a clinical test of random and controlled experiment with positive medicine.Among them 105 patients were in treatment group,given the modification prescription for Ba Zheng San and Wu Wei Xiao Du Yin for oral use,three times a day,100ml each time;the other 35 patients were in control group,given the Niao Gan Ling Chong Ji to take orally,three times a day,one bag each time.The clinical effectiveness and safety was evaluated after one week.Results:After one week of treatment,the analysis showed that the total effective rates of the treatment group and control group of general effect for the lower urinary tract infection were 91.58%and 93.94%respectively,and no statistics significance of two groups(P＞0.05).The effective rates on Chinese medicine symptom of the treatment group and control group of were 90.53% and 90.90%respectively,no significant difference between the two groups was detected(P＞0.05).No obviously adverse effect was found in the clinical test. Conclusions:The patients who used method of heat-clearing and detoxicating,damp elimination and smoothing showering for treating the lower urinary tract infection(Lin-Zheng -damp-heat in lower-JIAO) had visible improvement on some indicatrix of clinical symptom,routine urine test and urine bacterium examination.
