Clinical Observation By Hydrotherapy And Bath Fumigation Method Of Ling Long Tong Decoction For The Treatment Of Type ?A Prostatitis With Damp-heat And Blood Stasis Accumulated

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Ling Long Tong Decoction by Hydrotherapy and Bath fumigation method in the treatment of type III A prostatitis with damp-heat and blood stasis accumulated,to clarify the clinical effect of the method and improve the quality of life of patients,and to provide new treatment for chronic prostatitis with damp-heat and blood stasis accumulated for Chinese medicine.Methods:Choose patients who were admitted to the urology clinic and inpatient department of the Jiangsu Provincial Second Chinese Medicine Hospital from March to December 2018,aged between 22 and 55 years old,were included in the Western medicine type III A prostatitis and Chinese medicine damp-heat and blood stasis accumulated prostatitis.Sixty patients were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with Hydrotherapy and Bath fumigation method of Ling Long Tong Decoction combined with Qian Lie Kang Tablets.The control group was treated with Hydrotherapy and Bath fumigation method of warm water and Qian Lie Kang Tablets.The two groups were treated with 4 weeks.The NIH-CPSI score,TCM syndrome score,WBC in EPS,relevant indicators and adverse reactions of both the treatment group and the control group were recorded before and after treatment.Draw the conclusion after the statistical analysis.Results:The treatment group,2 cases were cured(6.7%),15 cases had markedly effect(50%),11 cases were effective(36.7%),and 2 cases were ineffective(6.7%),with a total effective rate of 93.3%.The control group,1 case were cured case(3.3%),9 cases had marked effect(30%),12 cases were effective(40%),and 8 cases were ineffective(26.7%),with a total effective rate of 73.3%.The symptoms of TCM were significantly improved after treatment in both groups(P<0.01).After the treatment,the improvement of TCM symptoms was more obvious in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIH-CPSI total score,pain symptom score,urinary symptom score and influence of life score were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIH-CPSI total score,pain symptom score and influence of life score of the treatment group were lowered more significant than the control group(P<0.05).The WBS in the EPS of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the WBS in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The Ling Long Tong Decoction by Hydrotherapy and Bath fumigation method treatment of type ? A prostatitis with damp-heat and blood stasis accumulated can effectively improve the NIH-CPSI score and TCM symptom scores of patients,especially relieve the pain symptoms and improve the life quality of patients.The clinical efficacy is satisfactory.It has no special adverse reactions in the course of the research,the treatment is safe and convenient,and is worthy to applied in clinical and further research.
