Clinical Observation Of Huangqin Talc Decoction In The Treatment Of Infantile Enuresis Of Lower Jiao Damp Heat Type

Objective: Exploring the clinical effect of huangqinhuashi Decoction in the treatment of infantile enuresis of lower Jiao damp heat type,and making an objective evaluat ion,which can provide a new idea for the research of huangqinhuashi decoction.Methods: From January 2019 to January 2020,64 cases of lower Jiao damp heat type children were collected from the pediatric clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine.The children were divided into two groups with 32 cases in each group.Among them,1 case was removed in the treatment group,1 case in the control group and 1 case in the control group.The treatment group was given Huangqin talc Decoction free Decoction granules,the control group was given oral deammopressin acetate tablets,at the same time,the two groups were given behavioral therapy,that is to say,waking up the children in advance at night to urinate,adjusting their eating habits,lim iting the amount of water at night,bladder function exercise,etc.Two groups were treated for 4 weeks,and before treatment,1 week after treatment,4 weeks after treatment for syndrome integral calculat ion,and 4 weeks after discontinuation of follow-up observation of recurrence.Any adverse reactions or events were recorded during the treatment.After the treatment,statistical methods were used to compare the changes of clinical symptoms,effective rate and recurrence rate of the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:(1)Before treatment,there were no signif icant differences in age,gender,course of disease,main symptom score,secondary symptom score,main symptom total score,secondary symptom total score and syndrome score between the two groups.(2)After one week of treatment,the number of enuresis in the two groups was improved(P < 0.05).The number of enuresis in the control group was better than that in the treatment group in a short period.(3)In terms of comprehensive curative effect,6(20.00%)children in the treatment group were cured,11(36.67%)children were effective,10(33.33%)children were effective,3(10.00%)children were ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.00%;in the control group,5(16.13%)children were cured,11(35.48%)children were effective,11(35.48%)children were effective,4(12.91%)children were ineffective,the total effective rate was 87.10%.The comprehensive effect of the two groups was tested by chi square,P = 0.437 > 0.05,which indicates that there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups after treatment,and there was good effect.(4)The improvement of secondary symptoms: the p value of the frequency of small and medium stool,the short yellow urinat ion,the stink of urinat ion,the tongue image and the pulse image of the secondary symptoms were all less than 0.05,indicating that the treatment difference between the two groups of the above secondary symptoms was statistically signif icant.The difference between the treatment group and the observation group was not statistically signif icant.(5)Recurrence rate: there were 2(8.33%)cases in the treatment group.In the control group,12(52.17%)cases recurred.The recurrence rate of the two groups was significantly different(P < 0.01),the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the c ontrol group;(6)Adverse reactions and safety: during the observation period,there was no signif icant adverse reactions in the treatment group,while in the control group,there was one case of transient dizziness,blood pressure rise,and one case of nasal bleeding.There was no signif icant difference in safety between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Huangqin talc decoction is equivalent to the deampressin acetate;both groups of drugs can improve the main symptoms of enures is children,but Huangqin talc decoction is superior to deampressin acetate in improving the secondary symptoms;the recurrence rate of enuresis in the treatment group is lower than that in the control group,and the adverse reactions are less than that in the control group.Therefore,Huangqin talc decoction has certain curative effect in the treatment of children with enuresis of lower Jiao dampness heat type.It can improve children's symptoms,reduce the recurrence rate after treatment,and has no obvio us adverse reactions.It is worth further study and application.
