Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Asthmatic Bronchitis With Shu Mu Acupuncture

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shu Mu acupoint matching acupuncture in the treatment of chronic asthmatic bronchitis,and to provide the basis for acupuncture treatment of this disease and popularization in clinic.Methods:According to the principle of random,80 cases according to the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The treatment group received acupuncture treatment method of Shu Mu points,the first group of acupoint prescription is based on the Zhongfu,and Tianshu?Danzhong?Lieque,second group of acupoint prescription based on Feishu,plus Gaohuangshu?Shenshu,two prescription alternate use of the next day,and 20 times as a course of treatment.Observe 2 courses of the treatment and compare the curative effect before and after each course of treatment.The control group was treated with anti infection,cough and phlegm and other conventional western medicine,the anti infective drugs according to the symptoms and laboratory test results in a timely manner to stop or replace the medication,the rest of the medication to the treatment group,acupuncture treatment,the symptoms were improved according to the condition of the drug or drug withdrawal.Before and after treatment,compare the clinical efficacy,pulmonary function,changes of IL-4?ECP?IFN-? and other serum related factors and SGRQ score.Results:1.After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 97.5%,which was obviously higher than that in the control group(87.5%),and the differences of the data of the two groups had statistically significant.2.After treatment,the two groups of FEV1?FEV1/FVC?PEF were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);the serum levels of IL-4?ECP?IgE and IFN-yin the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group;two groups after treatment in respiratory symptoms,daily life and social?psychological impact of SGRQ scores were significantly decreased,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was3.statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chronic asthmatic bronchitis treated by Shu Mu points acupuncture treatment,the clinical efficacy is significantly better than conventional western medicine treatment,and can effectively improve lung function,reduce the level of inflammatory factors induced by serum,improve the quality of life of patients,is worthy of promotion.
