Tianzhu Moxibustion Combined With The Clinical Research Of Acupuncture Treatment Of Neurogenic Tinnitus

Purpose This subject is to use tianzhu moxibustion combined with acupuncture treatment of neurogenic tinnitus,and routine acupuncture,discusses its advantages.Methods According to random number table will conform to the cases included in the standard of 72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(tianzhu moxibustion combined with acupuncture group)36 cases and the control group(routine acupuncture group)36 cases.Both groups according to TCM syndrome differentiation and acupuncture treatment standard will be divided into the wind evil attack syndrome,liver fire,phlegm fire within certificate,kidney essence loss syndrome,spleen and stomach weak five type.After the treatment group take main point: Tnghui,Niehouxina,Fengshi,Shenguane,Zhongzhu,Waiguan,waierdao tianzhu moxibustion;the control group take main point: Tinggong,Tinghui,Yifen,Zhongzhu,Xiaxi.Both groups according to the acupuncture therapy with acupuncture point: the wind evil attack syndrome,add the Fengchil,Waiguan,Hegu;Liver fire,add Xingjian,Quxu,Zulinq;Phlegm fire within,add Fenglong,Neiting;Kidney essence loss,add Taixi,Guanyuan;spleen and stomach weak,add Qihai,Zusanli.Two groups of cases treatment is the same,1 times a day,five times a week,weekend rest,a total of 6 weeks treatment.Respectively in the observed treatment(3 weeks),(6 weeks)two groups of patients after treatment of THI score changes,and pure tone hearing threshold test result with THI score as indicators of clinical observation,carried out a statistical analysis on the result of the treatment and curative effect evaluation.Results(1)A total of 72 patients with two groups,the treatment course(3 weeks),the treatment group clinical recovery in 1 case,12 cases were markedly effective,18 patients effectively,invalid in 5 cases,the total effective rate was 86.11%;Control group cure 0 cases,8 cases were markedly effective,improvement in 20 cases,8 no effect,the total effective rate was 77.78%.After 6 weeks treatment,the treatment group clinical recovery in 3 patients,21 cases had marked effect,10 cases of effective and ineffective in 2 cases,the total effective rate was 94.44%;Control group cure in 1 case,16 cases had marked effect,14 cases,5 no effect,the total effective rate was 86.1%.To compare two groups of curative effect,3 weeks after treatment,no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);6 weeks after treatment the curative effect comparison,statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(2)At the end of treatment,treatment in both groups,THI symptoms rating scale,and THI rating scale functional,emotional,catastrophic score,pure tone hearing threshold test results compared with before treatment,are highly statistically significant differences(P<0.01).For comparison between groups,two groups of differences between the two groups after treatment for 3 weeks is not statistically significant(P>0.05);6 weeks after treatment the curative effect comparison,statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion(1)Tianzhu moxibustion combined with acupuncture and conventional acupuncture treatment of neurogenic tinnitus has curative effect,and tianzhu moxibustion combined with acupuncture group total effective rate is superior to conventional acupuncture group.(2)Tianzhu moxibustion combined with acupuncture treatment of neurogenic tinnitus,in improving the THI scale emotional,functional score is better than that in control group,improve THI scale disastrous scores for two groups of curative effect.
