Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Neurogenic Tinnitus By Acupuncture On Three Points Around The Ear With Zi Wu Liu Zhu Of Na Jia

Objective: Observe of acupuncture on three points around the ear with Zi Wu Liu Zhu of Na Jia, a method of the clinical efficiency of treatment of neurogenic tinnitus,in order to obtain zi wu liu zhu of na jia, a method of open acupuncture point as a match point to give play to conventional syndrome with acupuncture point about the role of clinical treatment, seeking a better effective for acupuncture treatment of neurogenic tinnitus simple optimal treatment plan.Methods: 60 patients with diagnostic standard of neurogenic tinnitus, single blind,randomized, controlled in strict accordance with the principles of scientific research design, according to random number table to 60 patients were divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group.Experimental group take mainly three points around the ear acupuncture point: Ting Gong, Ting Hui, Yi Feng, match point: using zi wu liu zhu of na jia, find out a method to select acupoints,on the basis of kun Ming to local real solar time. At that time, no open acupoint, appropriate to interoperability acupoint;control group take mainly three points around the ear acupuncture point: Ting Gong, Ting Hui, Yi Feng, match point:according to the type of the conventional syndrome with acupuncture point.Two groups of treatment 4 times a week, continuous treatment of 4 weeks(16 times), a course of 2 weeks(8 times), a total of two courses of treatment.Used respectively in the two groups before and after treatment,Tinnitus severity evaluation indicators and criteria and THI to Tinnitus severity levels,THI integral levels assess the comparative.Using spss 20.0 to the data statistical analysis,compare the clinical efficacy of two treatment method.Results:1. The comparison results in the group:(1)The experimental group: Tinnitus severity levels,THI integral levels were respectively after treatment compared with before treatment,Tinnitus severity levels,THI integral levels were lower, Differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05), Show that using acupuncture on three points around the ear with zi wu liu zhu of na jia treatment of neurogenic tinnitus effectively.(2)Control group: Tinnitus severity levels,THI integral levels were respectively after treatment compared with before treatment,Tinnitus severity levels,THI integral levels were lower, Differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05), Show that Using acupuncture on three points around the ear with conventional dialectical collocation points treatment of neurogenic tinnitus effectively.2.Compare the results between groups:(1)Tinnitus severity levels: Tinnitus severity levels of the experimental group after treatment compared with Tinnitus severity levels of the control group after treatment,differences between the two groups has no statistical significance(P >0.05),Show that Tinnitus severity levels in both groups were improved after treatment.(2)THI integral levels: THI integral levels of the experimental group after treatment compared with THI integral levels of the control group after treatment,differences between the two groups has no statistical significance(P >0.05),Show that THI integral levels in both groups were improved after treatment.3. The overall curative effect comparison of results:Among the 30 cases in the experimental group,1 cases clinically cured,7 cases with obvious effect,21 cases with effect, 1 cases with no effect,the total effective rate was 96.67%.The 30 cases in the control group,1 cases clinically cured,5 cases with obvious effect,21 cases with effect, 3 cases with no effect, the total effective rate was90.00%.Two group total effective rate difference has no statistical significance(P >0.05).Description: overall curative effect of the experimental group and control group.Conclusion:(1) Two methods of treatment of neurogenic tinnitus has good curative effect. (2) Zi wu liu zhu of na jia, a method of open acupuncture point as a match point to give play to conventional syndrome with acupuncture point about the role of clinic treatment.(3) Acupuncture on three points around the ear with zi wu liu zhu of na jia, that is a simple,safe and effective treatment. Less selection of acupoints, pinprick conveniently, easy to operate, curative effect, it is easily accepted by patients,foracupuncture treatment of neurogenic tinnitus created a new and unique ideas, that has important clinical research significance.
