The Study Of Tianzhu(BL10) Acupoint Before Qing Dynasty Clinical Application

Objective:Through sorting literatures about Tianzhu acupoint before Qing dynasty, summing up the ancient rule of clinical application.Methods:By taking the research method of TCM philology and DM(data mining) as the retrieval scope, in order to screening the literature data about indications by single Tianzhu acupoint and compatibility of it, acupoints compatibility and acupuncture and moxibustion methods, then to establish the relevant databases. And using the Mircrosoft Office Excel Form to do the data statistical analysis.Results : In 34 indications treated by single Tianzhu acupoints,13 kinds of advantageous diseases were screened,while in 41 indications treated by compatibility therapy,12 kinds of high frequency compatibility prescriptions were screened. There are 137 acupoints combined with Tianzhu, 1 extra-points, the top ten points are Xinhui, Dazhu, Baihui, Shugu, Shenting, Taodao, Kunlun, Fengmen, Xinshu, Benshen. Needling and moxibustion are the main acupuncture techniques. Needling is the most common operational methods in ancient.Conclusion:The research results are more comprehensively to introduce the ancient clinical application status of Tianzhu, which have a significant reference value for today’s clinical and scientific research.
