Objective:With the method of warming kidney and rising yang, make a protocol of acupuncture prescription and acupuncture practices to the disease of neurogenic urinary incontinence. And by observing the changes of clinical symptoms and bladder capacity, evaluate the clinical effect of warm needle moxibustion, analysis and explore its mechanism. Through comparing the clinical effect of warm needle moxibustion and western medicine tolterodine tartrate tablets of treating neurogenic urinary incontinence, provide the basis for clinical treatment of the disease of the scheme optimization.Methods:60patients with neurogenic urinary incontinence were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group with warm acupuncture method and the control group with Tolterodine Tartrate Tablets were both cured for a month. The treatment group had30cases, including13cases of cerebrovascular disease,10cases of lumbosacral vertebral fracture and7cases of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, while the control group30cases, including14cases of cerebrovascular disease,9cases of lumbosacral vertebral fracture and7cases of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Established a database using SPSS18.0software, and analysised Chinese medicine symptom integral and ICI-Q-SF scoring, Maximum cystometric capacity and Bladder residual urine volume of two groups’ data before and after treatment. Results:The treatment group and control group in terms of age, sex, etiology and duration were comparable by statistics processing. Two groups of treatment methods had the role of improving the symptoms of urinary incontinence and the patients’ quality of life, but the total effective rate of the treatment group was86.67%,while the control group was53.33%.The results had significant differences after statistics analysis, which suggested that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.Bladder capacity and residual urine volume of the needle warming moxibustion group were obviously improved.Oral western medicine group had an increase in bladder capacity after treatment, but there were no increases or significant changes in residual urine volume. Conclusion:Curative effect on the Warm Needling Moxibustion for treatment of neurogenic urinary incontinence is widely practical and reliable. It is not only effective for urge incontinence, but stress urinary incontinence and mixed urinary incontinence comparing to western medicine group.
